Terrible reception! I can't make or receive calls at my house. When I do get a connection, the call will be dropped. I am so frustrated, I am planning to switch providers for cell, internet, television. Loss for my provider, my monthly bills for combined ATT services exceeds $700. Revenue loss because of poor service.

This has got to be the worst cell service I have ever had. It's like its own deadzone here, but at least with a deadzone you know you are in an area without service and that you'll eventually get somewhere with service. Here, however, you are getting service that simply does not work. I have had a mostly full bar of LTE reception the entire time I've been here, yet I can never retrieve information in a timely way. This is completely ridiculous when you factor how much money Verizon pulls, and no doubt how abundant their profits must be in an area this populated.

Two major cause and effects here: First, the Signal strength here is little to none. Second we have a metal roof which pretty much eliminates anything by way of signal that would be left to acquire. However, there is a solution. Verizon sells a cell signal extender that operates in conjunction with your broadband to boost your cell signal for a pretty decent radius. The better your router, the better the range. It needs to be placed near a window to sync with satellites (part of the signal acquisition process). These are made for both 3G and 4G devices. The 4G LTE Network Extender is like a personal mini cell tower for your home or office*. This sleek, compact device enhances your existing 4G LTE coverage at no additional monthly cost. (Please note that it does not support legacy 1X voice or 3G EVDO data services). Up to seven users can simultaneously have access to 4G LTE data and HD Voice. Simple to install and easy to use; the intuitive LCD display assists in set-up and operation. - Enhances 4G LTE coverage for home or business locations up to 7,500 sq. ft. circular - Access to 4G LTE data, HD Voice and video calling - Simultaneously supports voice and data for up to seven active users - Supports E911 service** LCD display assists in easy installation and use *Up to 7500 sq. ft. circular coverage (about 50 ft. radius) **Requires GPS signal (23-foot indoor antenna in box) to support emergency 911 service. In some scenarios, an external outdoor GPS antenna (not included) may be needed. ***Requires always-on Internet access with 10 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up minimum; 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up or higher recommended. +Idle capacity is based on one in five users being active in a population and may vary by location and time of day. Never get more than 3 bars, phone calls or ok but getting a decent data connection sucks. I have used ATT and TMobile but from same address and both were about the same. The issue is cell tower locations. you'll find some carriers have a cluster of tower in one location and then you'll find large areas were there is no cell towers of any kind, these are known as the dead zones, and phone companies just don't care enough to build a tower in those zones.

I moved to 5629 Hearthwood Court, Arlington, TX the first week in November. Since the move my phone drops calls constantly. When I try to call a number, it rings once and the call is dropped. This is pathetic; I essentially have no phone service from my residence. I called "customer service" and got a rep that took almost 10 minutes just to pull up my account. When I asked to be transferred to their IT Department, I was put on hold for 5 minutes then he came back on line and started asking questions to try troubleshooting. When I again asked for IT he told me that there is no IT Department and asked if I have tried to "recycle" my phone. Yes! duh! I question if there is a tower issue or a no-service-available issue. I certainly won't find out from "customer service".
