Have no reception in the building. Had a co worker who experienced the same issue with att. She contacted them and they came into our building and fixed whatever connection issues now she has no problem. Can Sprint do the same it correct the connection issues? Please

T-Mobile
Something is almost always wrong with the 3g / 4g network in the area. 3g / 4g signal is strong, but there is usually no data connection. T-Mobile claims that they are "optimizing" the network in the area. It seems that are basically shutting down the 3g / 4g network without notice for long periods of time.

Sprint
LTE Speeds on Sprint average about 1.24MB down in my office.

The reception is great, but the data is almost non-existent. I narrowed it down to the tower at 770 Rt. 1 S Post Oak Ln. (A3e0112a) Houston, TX. The other towers in this area seems to be just fine.

AT&T
iPhone through AT&T. Constantly dropping call even with signal booster. Tired of having to go outside to make a phone call. Many inquiries to AT&T. Never any improvement. Our business is going elsewhere.

I left Verizon to come to ATT, and now VERY unhappy. messages take hours sometimes to send through, webpages either don't load or take anywhere from 15 min to several hours. I have gone to Apple store and switching phones did not solve the problem. going to go to ATT AGAIN to see what is wrong.

AT&T
Since ATT went to 4G LTE service the reception for voice, data and text has dropped to almost nothing around the whole city. The most I get is 2 bars on any of my 3 lines that I have. All my friends and relatives that have ATT also are complaining and most have already switched over to another carrier. I plan on doing the same at the end of the year. I have a company cell phone with Verizon that has no problems and it has 5 bars, other friends who went to Sprint also say they have between 4 and 5 bars. The problem seems to be with ATT. But if you call them and complain they say they do not guaranty service, so my question is why am I paying for service with them.

Sprint
Never really ever had problems with this carrier until they start in with the LTE system. Now I can not get anything over a very very low 3g reception at best at either home or work. Talked to Sprint rep over the phone... yeah like they really care NOT! Informed them that I am realy thinking about jumping ship to Verizon after 12years with Sprint! Not there problem!

Sprint
Good for phone calls but data network lacks strength. Always shows full bars when outside the building but takes a lot of time to load mails, maps and videos.

I'm inside of a warehouse (in the heart of the warehouse) and T-Mobile has good 3g service outdoors, but the indoor reception is very low, possibly one bar of Edge connection (on occasions when my cell phone gets reception), I have to wave my phone and find a hotspot at my desk for a couple minutes to send one text message.

AT&T
The number of bars of reception varies, but even with 4 bars I am unable to send emails or use my browser.

Inside my office building, I miss calls, drop calls and internet connectivity is terrible at best. Even with the phone displays 3G, more times than not, it does not connect to the internet. Things are better when the office clears out, like 4:30 pm. Sounds like the network is overloaded. Add some more bandwidth At&T. At the prices you charge, I should never lose connectivity.

No reception in office building. Phone seems to be on Edge all the time. I am so fed up of AT&T now.

I live about 4 blocks from downtown Houston and both me and my fiancé's phones will not allow any calls and when trying to make a call it just beeps and hangs up... and this is happening on both T-Mobile and Cingular, on both an I-phone and an android... Some calls to LAN lines will go through but just say sorry check the # and try again when it's a 100% known working phone #??

Most often have to go the backyard to have a semi-reliable conversation. Front of house to kitchen most often hopeless. Will try T-Mobile now that AT&T not buying them.

Houston-When I travel from the Loop to downtown houston. Ialmost all have fropped calls or no recetion at all. IDK, and it really bugs the heck out of me, its like the Bermuda Triangle of AT&T service-no reception

I work downtown. I get no reception, ever. How does AT&T not have decent service downtown in the 4th largest city in the USA? WTF?

AT&T
Poor reception throughout Rice campus, Med Center and now Upper Kirby. I always have to walk out of my house / workplace to receive calls, and reception is patchy at best even outside. Customer Service is pretty lousy as well, and they keep promising a tower in the Med Center "in a month". Lies, AT&T. I'm taking my business to Verizon starting next week.

No reception, or a lot of dropped calls whenever you do get reception. I have been with T-Mobile for many many years, and this is the worst ever. I no longer have contracts with them, so I might look for something better if this doesn't clear up soon.

T-Mobile
Excellent Tech support (Thanks Tom) and customer service. My I-Phone 4 (officially unlocked - $1000 from UK - I just hate contracts) works great except the Data channels for 3G / 4G not compatible with T-Mobile. I only get 2G service for Data speeds. It should be OK for everyone if they merge with AT&T (not less than 1 year).

AT&T IS HORRIBLE IN HOUSTON. I have both AT&T and Verizon phones. The AT&T phone is pretty much a paperweight. The Verizon phone works great pretty much everywhere, even in the elevators and the tunnels. Go Verizon!

Nearly impossible to make and stay connected during a conversation.

AT&T
Horrible reception, either no data, slow 3G or sometimes Edge only. AT&T says they have a problem but have been "working on it" for months now. It seems to worse every day.

Verizon
I've had all the big carriers... .AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Nextel. Nothing measures up to Verizon. Even in elevators in the Williams Towers, my services is flawless. You get what you pay for, and coming from AT&T, thats horrible service in the Houston Area.
