Basement 1 and 2 no service in medical center, a lot of other comps have service under ground, Verizon and T-Mobile should look in to this, that's a lot of customers. T-Mobile some service, Verizon no service.Was this review helpful to you?
Poor service in the Texas Medical Center. Sometimes poor service outside buildings, and many dropped calls. Also LTE is spotty in the TMC, possibly building interference?Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile cell signal is not available in most areas of the hospital, resorted to using hospital wifi to call using skype. Every other cell company signal is very stronge, except for T-Mobile.Was this review helpful to you?
I have used Sprint, AT&T, and T-mobile. I currently use Sprint and get better coverage and data coverage than I did when I was with AT&T or T-mobile. AT&T is comparable to Sprint in the River Oaks area but the other main area I go to (Willowbrook) I got slim to no coverage. T-Mobile just sucks.Was this review helpful to you?

Used to have AT&T but I had no reception what so ever as I work on the 22nd floor so I switched to Verizon as I was told they are the best, I have to say it is better than AT&T but the best download speed I get over here is about 2-3 mbps and found that we have so many dead spots in the city (Memorial Mall), so for what I pay I don't think that is acceptable.Was this review helpful to you?
Used to have T-Mobile but got tired quickly of poor coverage. Wife had little to no coverage in the Medical Center. Since switching to Verizon, coverage is vastly improved. Trade-off, of course, is the much higher monthly bill...Was this review helpful to you?
Overall very bad reception. Sometime zero bars. No reception, when you do get reception it is very poor - you have to be outdoors in a certain spot with out moving. I no longer have contracts with them, so I might look for something better if this doesn't clear up soon.Was this review helpful to you?

When I'm at the office, I am able to send / receive text messages but when it comes to data, NOTHING works. I've called Sprint 4-5 times in the last month regarding this issue and their resolution is either - dial the ## number to refresh network settings update PRL and profile reset the network settings reset the phone to factory settings or lastly, go to the Sprint connectivity store (nearest one from the galleria area is about 5 miles out and nearest one from home is about 10 miles out). Customer service is not supportive at all and redundant with their technical solutions, like a broken record. I get NO signal at home, I have the Airave device which is A JOKE. I get dropped calls AND failed text messages when I'm at home. Spoke to customer service rep the other day while they were working on our 2nd phone, and the rep says, "Sir, you are completely breaking up and I can not hear you". My response, "I am at my house, and this is your service and instead of providing me with a solution to fix this problem, you are addressing the problem that I already know". Oh and I pay around $185 / month (insurance, fees, and taxes) for 2 lines and bound to a two year contract with a company that is only interested in leeching money from their customers rather than providing solutions to alleviate their suffering. One word to describe Sprint - PATHETIC!Was this review helpful to you?
