Dead or weak zones all over town. Had better phone quality when I used two soup cans and piece of sting. Will definitely be switching when I can.

We've been with Verizon wireless for 7 yrs. No complaints about customer service or service for that matter. The price is high but I'd rather pay more and know my phone will work as It needs to.

Sprint

2 Out of 5 (2 stars) | 1960 and Hardy, Hobby, West Rd.& 290, IAH RAC, Houston, TX 77001 |

I have a few locations I work out of. In the 1960 and Hardy are I use to have good reception with decent 4G, then it tanked badly for about 6 months where you could barely get 3G or no data service at all, it has somewhat improved but the network is still slow. In the Hobby area I have no issues but once again the network is still slow. In the 290 and West Rd area I have lousy reception, 3G at best, but very slow. My company uses AT&T and works well in these areas. IAH RAC area I get crappy reception from from my Sprint Phone and my AT&T company, but with being hidden in trees near the airport, no surprise reception sucks. When my company had Verizon they never had any coverage issues just occasional outages, but that was 3yrs ago.

about 10 months ago I had service at my job and at home. All of a sudden they said they were maintenacing the towers. They never let us know in advance and I get no signal at all now. I had to call to find out and they are still changing me the same price for service that I am not getting. Tired of the unprofessionalism of Sprint. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I'm done!

Most times, I am not able to access app store or magazines from the newsstand. The delay of response to a click on a hyperlink is also awful.

4gLTE hotspot download speeds of.14kbps - yes, that's point 14 kilobytes per second. Should be at least 3 megabytes. Been like this for few months. Hours on phone with AT&T. Bought new hotspot. No improvement. Moving to Verizon. Dropping all AT&T services.

inconsistent and weak signal. frequent calls dropping. never got 3G / 4G and LTE. This is unacceptable. I am planning to go to T-Mobile and switch to Verizon. Too bad that Virgin does not support the iPhone 5!

iPhone through AT&T. Constantly dropping call even with signal booster. Tired of having to go outside to make a phone call. Many inquiries to AT&T. Never any improvement. Our business is going elsewhere.

The number of bars of reception varies, but even with 4 bars I am unable to send emails or use my browser.

Inside my office building, I miss calls, drop calls and internet connectivity is terrible at best. Even with the phone displays 3G, more times than not, it does not connect to the internet. Things are better when the office clears out, like 4:30 pm. Sounds like the network is overloaded. Add some more bandwidth At&T. At the prices you charge, I should never lose connectivity.

No reception in office building. Phone seems to be on Edge all the time. I am so fed up of AT&T now.

I live about 4 blocks from downtown Houston and both me and my fiancé's phones will not allow any calls and when trying to make a call it just beeps and hangs up... and this is happening on both T-Mobile and Cingular, on both an I-phone and an android... Some calls to LAN lines will go through but just say sorry check the # and try again when it's a 100% known working phone #??

Most often have to go the backyard to have a semi-reliable conversation. Front of house to kitchen most often hopeless. Will try T-Mobile now that AT&T not buying them.

Excellent Tech support (Thanks Tom) and customer service. My I-Phone 4 (officially unlocked - $1000 from UK - I just hate contracts) works great except the Data channels for 3G / 4G not compatible with T-Mobile. I only get 2G service for Data speeds. It should be OK for everyone if they merge with AT&T (not less than 1 year).

AT&T IS HORRIBLE IN HOUSTON. I have both AT&T and Verizon phones. The AT&T phone is pretty much a paperweight. The Verizon phone works great pretty much everywhere, even in the elevators and the tunnels. Go Verizon!
