inside the buildings worse than outside. pretty bad overall reception for someone who claims great reception in the heart of the 4th biggest city in the US.

Poor to No Reception What is going on? I live in a high rise. Some areas of my apartment have reception, some don't. Now, AT&T has introduced Wi-Fi calling, which still doesn't help me. My calls drop if I move in my unit. We have Wi-Fi at home, too; brand new fiber optics installation in the building. What gives? My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 works great in many, many places, even down in the southernmost tip of Texas. So I don't understand why I have problems in the city of Houston, TX. Moreover, I feel helpless in adjacent cities, such as Sugar Land and Missouri City. No cell service... None! Another what gives?

Terrible reception on Sprint LTE. Signal strength fluctuates from 4 bars to 0 and back every second. Condistently getting 25-90 kbs. That is 1000 times slower than should be expected from the latest "technology". Sprint is piling up next generation of not-working technology on top of the old never-worked one.

T Mobile is T- Errible! I'll possibly return to prepay. My calls drop CONSISTENTLY! Bars come in and out via service while I stand in the same spot. When I send a text message, the message takes FOREVER sometimes to send... the circle turns and turns and turns. When the data doesn't work, the wifi is just as bad to make calls on... .wifi hangs up my caller / receiver. I get reception (all of the bars) in the MOST strangest places! When I call to speak to a rep, they say many different things to the same question that I ask... SCREW TECHNICAL SUPPORT! I'll figure it out, then! They don't know, either! Yet, they want that payment, don't they? Every once in a blue moon, when I want to make a phone call, my phone will say "call not sent" over and over and will not give me the call. ANNOYING!

My IPhone drops calls when I'm at home. T-Mobile has replaced my IPhone three times and I'm still having the same problem. When I called customer support he told me that it was no way I could be having the same problems with different phones. He also said that it was not T-Mobile fault but it was Apple fault so it was nothing he can do. He told me that I had to pay my bill whether zI got service or not. I asked if other people were having problems he said no. I asked if there were towers down he said no and if there were I could still use the phone if I moved to a better area where towers may be working. He was very rude. I had called at least 20 other times and were told that towers were down in the area and they made a ticket. When I asked about the tickets the guy at customer service said that no tickets had never been made

Having problems for few years with Verizon and AT&T in the house. My friends would complain about verizon. I even upgraded to a newer phone for AT&T thinking maybe its the phone. I had no idea about cell boosters. Got a flyer in mail from a local company bluefish technologies, they were very knowledgeable in installing a cell booster and now i,m able to use my phone in all the floors. Cell companies need to provide this service for free.

Dropped calls, and always a NO Freaking SERVICE. Signal is always on the edge almost in every freaking place in Houston. They gave us a really good offer, then they took away our network coverage. Horrible service and rude customer service.

I have been with ATT cellular for 15 + years and always had a great signal (Clear Lake, Meyerland, Downtown, Greenway). Now that I have moved to Bellaire, I rarely get better than 2 bars - extremely poor cell service. Might need to change providers.

My apartment is in 3rd floor, with a lot of windows / french windows that open out into the wide area in front of the apartment. I have never seen even 70% of the signal strength, even if I walk around in the balcony or go to the open areas in the apartment complex, at ground level. In short, AT&T coverage is pretty poor in Houston. I've seen in Galleria, Richmond-Beltway, Gessner DMV, Dacoma area near 290 - basically, except right next to the towers (I am guessing), you never get more than 50-55% of signal strength. Disappointing.
