All of 77015 area is the worst cell reception I have ever experienced. Cannot run gps, dropped calls, internet is not responding and texts are delayed.

Changed to T-Mobile with Sprint Merger. Often 🚫 no signal, missed calls, multiple failed texed messages every day. I've contacted T-Mobile and Sprint Support multiple times with absolutely no improvement or progress made by following their instructions. I've been a Sprint customer since the iPhone 5 came out. I've never experienced cellular service this poor... I'm talking about 20+ years switching between Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint (now T-mobile)... all in the Houston, TX area. Also including coast to coast and North to South trips across the US and including Hawaii, South America, Jamaica, etc. The coverage map for T-Mobile is completely false. I've been in this area for well over a year now, and I have nothing good to say about T-mobile.

I walk regularly in the Heights and listen to radio apps - reception with At&T is really poor - today walked for an hour and had at best 5 minutes of reception

Like other reviewers, I too find only 1-2 bars inside or outside of my home in the Heights... occasionally no bars. Incoming calls frequently go straight to voicemail due to lack of signal. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like the other carriers are much better at my location. To make matters worse, my unlocked phone doesn't come with WiFi calling. :(

Worst cell signal constantly drops calls in the neighborhood. No excuse! Come on ATT, fix it.

Especially in the either of the high rises, 1500 Louisiana or 1400 Smith, coverage actually gets worse as I go up to my office on the 34th floor. I have to go to street level to check email or make a call. Pretty weak, and I'm not talking only of the signal.

I chose AT&T based on old reputation. It was a mistake. The "home phone" was inexpensive but not worth it at $27 per month. Too many cutoff calls and long delays in getting a dial tone. I switched to TMobile and now get great service!

Moved from California to Virginia and now to Houston. T-Mobile connection was good in California and Virginia and I have been using since 3 years. B But moved to Houston, TX, 2 weeks for now... It's very difficult to have connection... even if it is very poor connection. Planning to change in couple of days, if it continues.
