The cell reception is terrible. I've heard that complaints have been given for years, but no improvement. Was this review helpful to you?
Had T Mobile for a few years live near a major road called 1960 and little to no reception even with driving down the street. Text arrive days late, family complains of making calls I never recieve and T Mobile is the only carrier I have had this problem with. VERIZON IS SO MUCH BETTER AND LESS MONTHLY YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE AN IDIOT TO GO WITH T MOBILE. Good luck to you, do your research avoid T Mobile at all costs they will change your monthly bill and managers have education equal to that of my 11 year old nephew. Was this review helpful to you?
Very good data and voice reception. Wish McDonalds hot spot wasn't there because it ruins the good LTE signal when your phone wants to switch over. Was this review helpful to you?
Its just sorry sorry sorry I have to go outside my house everytime to recieve internet or phone serviceWas this review helpful to you?
I usually don't get no more than 3 bars in this area. Mostly stays at 2. Never get the LTE network. Always stays on 3GWas this review helpful to you?
The service always drops to 3g. The internet reception is very spotty. Verizon has some work to do in this area, but I never get dropped calls, unless I'm talking to someone with another service. Was this review helpful to you?
We moved here from Oklahoma with US Cellular. It works decent there. Here the service is very minimal. Make a phone call Send a txt and absolutely zero data. No 4G at all.Was this review helpful to you?
Intermittent or very low reception / transmission. Have to get out of house most of the time. Dropped or not received cqlls very common. Text messages may be received or delivered with great delay or none at all.Was this review helpful to you?
My reception for voice is perfect. I have NO dropped calls, dead air, or white noise. My text messages come through fine with no duplicates or delays. My issue has everything to do with the data. When the LTE was first launching, I was a store manager for Sprint and luckily my area was the very first to get a Network Vision tower with speeds of 35 down and 25 up. It was great. I knew once they started adding LTE to other towers around the city that would decrease which was fine. Fast forward to now and I can't get 4G service in or around my home except if it's 1AM when everyone is sleep and no one is hardly using the service. I called Sprint several times and inquired about this, took my phone to the service centers (3 in total for different opinions), and reset my device twice. To no avail, I had to put my antenna to only pick up 3G which has gotten speedier but only in bursts. This is quite aggravating and Sprint continues to tell me that neither of the 2 towers in my vicinity are bad and are working fine. It's terrible that I can't watch any youtube videos, access simple web pages, or even download a picture message without waiting 2-4 minutes. Was this review helpful to you?
Get no service at my home. May get one bar pop up now and then. Cannot call, text, get emails, internet. Might get call now and then but have to go outside for any reception. Have to get in the car and drive to another area to use my phone. On top of $85 a month for no service, buying an expensive Galaxy phone, and a big penalty to cancel, going to a Sprint store(can't make call at home)many times, and over 30 min chat online; all I get over and over from chat is "I am sorry, tempory situation, towers being updated." Worked in Katy, Tx last Sept-May, phone rarely worked there either, unless I went outside, still drops. Went to Ind. and Tn over summer and phone worked great. Tired of paying $85 mo and want out.Was this review helpful to you?
