Phone does not ring in the house and drops outgoing calls. Going outside does not always solve the problem. Did not have this problem two years ago, but it seem to be getting worse. Looking at changing carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
Dropped calls, and always a NO Freaking SERVICE. Signal is always on the edge almost in every freaking place in Houston. They gave us a really good offer, then they took away our network coverage. Horrible service and rude customer service. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with ATT cellular for 15 + years and always had a great signal (Clear Lake, Meyerland, Downtown, Greenway). Now that I have moved to Bellaire, I rarely get better than 2 bars - extremely poor cell service. Might need to change providers. Was this review helpful to you?

Have to add that I see a Verizon tower in the map just across hey 90 from my neighborhood! Was this review helpful to you?
Calls work well but internet is horrendous! 2 min plus to download. A speedtest showed.42 all around. What are we paying for?? It works great in Galveston West end near a tower. They shouldn't charge such a high rate for no access..inside and outside of home! Says Verizon rated highest here..what to do?? Ipad and imac the same problem. Was this review helpful to you?
My phone just doesn't work in Houston and it's the fourth largest city in the US? If I can't get onto 4G LTE (which is more than half of the time), my iphone is a useless brick. It can't even send a text or make a call on 3G let alone use data for an app. It's funny because I can be 100 miles away from Houston in the middle of nowhere and stream an HD movie just fine, but get inside the Houston city limits and Verizon is worthless. Was this review helpful to you?
My apartment is in 3rd floor, with a lot of windows / french windows that open out into the wide area in front of the apartment. I have never seen even 70% of the signal strength, even if I walk around in the balcony or go to the open areas in the apartment complex, at ground level. In short, AT&T coverage is pretty poor in Houston. I've seen in Galleria, Richmond-Beltway, Gessner DMV, Dacoma area near 290 - basically, except right next to the towers (I am guessing), you never get more than 50-55% of signal strength. Disappointing. Was this review helpful to you?
Always 4G full bars regardless of where in the Houston area I am located. Never a dropped call or message, even in elevators or waking hallways or stairwells in buildings. Was this review helpful to you?
