St. Lukes Medical Towers | Fannin St., Houston, TX 77030

Have no reception in the building. Had a co worker who experienced the same issue with att. She contacted them and they came into our building and fixed whatever connection issues now she has no problem. Can Sprint do the same it correct the connection issues? Please

Upper Alief Area | Westheimer and Dairy Ashford, Houston, TX 77082

For the past month coverage in this area has been terrible. There are several times that I am at home that for some reason my phone says it is at 4G and then drops from two bars to nothing quickly. And sometimes all of the reception completely goes away! It is definitely in this area because I spend all day closer in town and I have no issues. The corner of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford always been notorious for dropping service since I've been having a data plan, which has been 4 years at least now. Maybe it is my phone, but it doesn't happen in any other area other than at and around my home. If my issue isn't resolved with T-Mobile in a week I will gladly leave them after being loyal for 10 years.

This is my office location. I don't even bother making calls from my cell phone at my office because they just drop after 20 seconds. No data, no voice, no nothing.

The coverage constantly bounces, drops calls, and data connection is spotty. I have noticed this trend getting worse all over Houston as well.

Calls may go straight to voicemail. Unable to send text messages at times. Annoying echoes when able to make or receive calls. Plan to move from Sprint.

610 / S 59 | San Felipe, Houston, TX 77092

T-mobile sold their towers to Crown Castle so they arent liable for signal issues. When you are a new customer your signal is great and then they throttle you down after some time has gone by. My opinion is that they did something to their network around the time that they were about to make the biggest mistake the company could make and thats teaming up with AT&T. I know that alot of you would agree. I have experience in cell towers and how they operate so thats why I have contacted some of my connections with the FCC and some tested will be mandated on every tower that they claim to have.

6300 Main St., Houston, TX 77005

Something is almost always wrong with the 3g / 4g network in the area. 3g / 4g signal is strong, but there is usually no data connection. T-Mobile claims that they are "optimizing" the network in the area. It seems that are basically shutting down the 3g / 4g network without notice for long periods of time.

0 Out of 5 Sprint

Woodway and Bering, Houston, TX 77057

All our calls started getting dropped on 1 / 14 / 2013 at our home. I can make calls at work, so it seems to be a local problem. Sprint representative said we have to get an Airave signal booster. Had no explanation as to why reception was fine prior to 1 / 14. Thanks, Sprint. Now we have to drive to another zip code to make a call.

From the Galleria to the Woodlands (that's my commute) I have such horrible data on my phone that my "smart" phone is almost useless. I recommend only using WiFi with Sprint in Houston. Even better - don't use Sprint.

Addicks Satsum | Hwy. 6, Houston, TX 77084

Signal strength at my house has steadily degraded over the last six months. For every ten calls made or answered inside my home, five will drop before I'm finished. As soon as my contract expires I plan on signing up with Verizon.

The Colonies Area: W.Little York / Eldrigde, Houston, TX 77084

Only receive One to Two Bars, I have difficulty hearing and being heard when using my cell phone from my home, whether indoors or outdoors. Very disapponted wit AT&T. They should supply customers with poor receptions with a signal booster at no cost, as I alreadt pay for a service that is sub-standard.

The reception is great, but the data is almost non-existent. I narrowed it down to the tower at 770 Rt. 1 S Post Oak Ln. (A3e0112a) Houston, TX. The other towers in this area seems to be just fine.

AT&T is terrible! I barely get voice coverage and no data when I am at work. My smart phone was essentially a dumb phone so I don't even pay for data any more. By far the worst coverage of any cell phone network anywhere in the world I have travellled.

iPhone through AT&T. Constantly dropping call even with signal booster. Tired of having to go outside to make a phone call. Many inquiries to AT&T. Never any improvement. Our business is going elsewhere.

I left Verizon to come to ATT, and now VERY unhappy. messages take hours sometimes to send through, webpages either don't load or take anywhere from 15 min to several hours. I have gone to Apple store and switching phones did not solve the problem. going to go to ATT AGAIN to see what is wrong.

Live Briar forest dairy Ashford area Houston. My reception is pretty poor in and around the house. Goes to one and two bars inside. Maybe three for a bit. I haven't pinpointed the problem. Subdivision does have a lot of trees and older brick houses.

Memorial Dr. | Voss, Houston, TX 77024

Reception so poor that I just don't make calls on my cell phone - they would be dropped anyway. The only thing worse than the reception is the customer service. The local AT&T store admits to a major problem in the Memorial area and tries to help, but in the end all they can do is call their service department who will tell even them that service in the area is fine. Can't wait to enroll my family with another provider in the near future.

I have had issues with spring for almost a month now and they continue to tell me they are correcting the issue. It's time now for me to switch back to t-mobile. They have the BEST coverage for me no matter where I go. as well as I have never had any issues with t-mobile. I so regret switching over as I was trying to save a little money on my monthly bill. Live and learn oh well you pay for what you get.

Fairbanks, North Houston Rd. | Terrace Brook Dr., Houston, TX 77040

Awful signal level inside my home since about a year ago. Contacted several times and went to their retail where they "updated my SIM". Still dropping or unable to place calls from inside home. About 5 months ago a CSR advised they were in the process of installing a new cell in the area, but haven't seen any improvement if they really installed it. Having checked coverage, I might switch to AT&T after 6 years with this carrier.

I'm inside of a warehouse (in the heart of the warehouse) and T-Mobile has good 3g service outdoors, but the indoor reception is very low, possibly one bar of Edge connection (on occasions when my cell phone gets reception), I have to wave my phone and find a hotspot at my desk for a couple minutes to send one text message.

Usually no bars. Seems incomprehensible that the reception is so poor in this city. I have had better reception in rural TX, even the Grand Canyon..

Tanner | Eldridge, Houston, TX 77041

I get almost 0 4g inside my home and fair 4g outside. Once I get to the beltway reception is better. Cell phones are the stupidest thing on earth anymore. The primary function is something they ALL DO terribly by comparison to other technologies. They no longer make quality phone calls and they no longer get good reception. Before smart phones they were better. So I have to ask. What the hell is so smart about it?
