Dead spot inside the mall. On LTE, 1 to 3 bars and LTE data speeds are slow. In Macy’s, JCPenny, Hollister Co., and all the stores inside the mall, connection is fucking badass. Why won’t the mall owner install the AT&T signal booster inside the mall so the signal in the whole mall for AT&T customers can boost the whole mall so that when I go into the stores, it will avoid dropping calls and data. I heard T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint customers don’t have any connection issues in the whole mall. But only AT&T is the fucking one. Why is that?

I get a lot of dropped calls in my house. Everytime I am on the voice call, the other callers sometimes cannot hear me. Like I have to go outside my house to get better reception. If AT&T can add a tower in my backyard or a signal booster in my house, that would be excellent. I always get 1 bar LTE in my house and same outside or sometimes 2 bars LTE.

When I waked up my iPhone from when it was last showing LTE with 2 bars, it showed 2 bars of UMTS and the UMTS data speeds were very slow than faster on the LTE Network. It only did that one time when I was buying popcorn at the Edwards Theater at Greenway. If my iPhone would stay on LTE all the time when the data speeds are very fast, it’s not supposed to fuckin drop to UMTS for no damn reason. But why would my iPhone drop from LTE to UMTS for just a little reason? This is very annoying. 😡🤛

I get signal most of the time in my house. The phone gets signal from 1 to 2 bars of LTE. So far so good. But what I have noticed is that sometimes when I turn on my iPhone when I last saw 1 bar with LTE, sometimes show 2 to 3 bars of UMTS which is a very slower network and every house I go to, AT&T never gets at least 3 bars like Verizon or T-Mobile. If AT&T can get 3 bars and less of 1 bar like T-Mobile does, that would be great. So AT&T, promise to make stronger signals in my neighborhood so I don’t get 1 bar more often by adding towers on Dairy Ashford close to my house. Like T-Mobile every time AT&T is bad, always T-Mobile is still working. But the thing is AT&T is more expensive than T-Mobile. Why would AT&T not have good service as T-Mobile?

There is no LTE reception in the building. When I am on the UMTS network, I only get 1 bar, the data works very slow or sometimes does not load any websites at all and a lot of times jumps from 1 bar to "No Service" and a lot of times when I try to bring signal back by turning on and off airplane mode, it still would say "No Service" after saying "Searching." Please, when will AT&T install a signal booster in the building so I can get full bars on my phone inside the building on the LTE network? Cause it's very important to make phone calls in case somebody gets into a sport accident because how are you gonna call someone if there is no connection? Cause I know T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint, they get connection inside. And only AT&T does not get connection inside and that doesn't make any sense.

Poor call quality-- usually fuzzy or breaks up. Almost completely worthless in the car. Internet is OK, texts usually go through. Most expensive provider in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the US. What's up Verizon?!?!?!

I have to find a spot in my apartment to stay still, otherwise I can lose the signal while talking to someone. Can't move around.
