Always 4G full bars regardless of where in the Houston area I am located. Never a dropped call or message, even in elevators or waking hallways or stairwells in buildings. Was this review helpful to you?

I have Verizon phone - no problem. Cannot get connected on my T-Mobile iPad pro. SAD !Was this review helpful to you?
Phones show many bars, but calls always drop or fail from the start. Has been going on for months! Sometimes phones works fine, other times not. Really annoying having to play Russian roulette just to make a phone call. Was this review helpful to you?

T-Mobile is a complete joke. They have a glorified marketing department, but the jazz ends there. You have ZERO service indoors! They advise you connect to wi-fi to make call. Why am I paying for cellular? You are able to get glorious speeds outdoors (60mbs downloads) but who spends the majority of their time outdoors? I work on the 6th floor of an office tower, windows in office, and get one bar on a good day. Even in an outdoor parking garage, one bar of service. Good luck getting service driving to Austin or Dallas. This is the network for kids and people with bad credit. Was this review helpful to you?
Get 1 bar in my condo. Dead zone in this area. I get 5 bars at 8,000 feet in Colorado. T-Mobile I got NO reception at all. Afraid to go cheap again and end up with zero coverage. Was this review helpful to you?
