Sprint
When I'm at the office, I am able to send / receive text messages but when it comes to data, NOTHING works. I've called Sprint 4-5 times in the last month regarding this issue and their resolution is either - dial the ## number to refresh network settings update PRL and profile reset the network settings reset the phone to factory settings or lastly, go to the Sprint connectivity store (nearest one from the galleria area is about 5 miles out and nearest one from home is about 10 miles out). Customer service is not supportive at all and redundant with their technical solutions, like a broken record. I get NO signal at home, I have the Airave device which is A JOKE. I get dropped calls AND failed text messages when I'm at home. Spoke to customer service rep the other day while they were working on our 2nd phone, and the rep says, "Sir, you are completely breaking up and I can not hear you". My response, "I am at my house, and this is your service and instead of providing me with a solution to fix this problem, you are addressing the problem that I already know". Oh and I pay around $185 / month (insurance, fees, and taxes) for 2 lines and bound to a two year contract with a company that is only interested in leeching money from their customers rather than providing solutions to alleviate their suffering. One word to describe Sprint - PATHETIC!

This is the worst cell-phone service I have ever experienced. I would not use T-Mobile if they gave me their service for free. I feel like I was scammed into purchasing their services with their "pay your disconnection fee and free phone" now I have service that doesn't work. My line of work requires my clients to be able to call me at any given time and since my phone keeps sending them to voicemail and I cant call out I actually loose money with these people. They wont cancel my plan without making me pay for all of the phones I have on my lines and let me go back to Verizon. Do you self a favor and dont fall for their sales scam like I did. I dont see how these people are still in business.

AT&T weak signal in and out side of home. Only one bar strength at home and four bar at work. Will switch to Version when contract is finished.

US Cellular offers the bare minimum reception in Houston so as to not qualify for"literally zero reception." The service is mostly unusable and is a complete waste of money.

Reception is terrible, cannot have a conversation longer than 1 minute. Internet is non-existent, despite "4G" sign on my screen. Had Verizon before, had absolutely no problems at exact same location.

Had to change from AT&T to Verizon. No reception EVER from AT&T while at the med center. While trying to call from the waiting room, someone said, "You must have AT&T" - which I did. In the elevator, people were on their cells so I asked about their carrier. It was Verizon. I switched and never had a problem - anywhere. Expensive, but worth it - esp during an emergency. Also get reception inside my house. I never could with AT&T.

I had T-Mobile for about 5 years but changed last year to a straight talk pre paid. For me, T-Mobile had great customer service but I always had a data dead zone on Greenhouse and Clay next to my house. It was just at the intersection. Well I bought a new phone that wasn't compatible with t-mobiles data at the time so I went with a prepaid that used AT&T network. Great 4g coverage but it had terrible customers service. So I tried T-Mobile out again now that my phone is compatible with them. I don't have lte, just 4g hspd+, and the data is really odd. It says I have 3g / 4g most of the time but my speed test fluctuate drastically. One test says I have.5Mbps data speeds and the next I have 10Mbps. So idk. This is the third day of having T-Mobile again so I'm going to keep testing out the speeds.

Tethering from my phone is terrible, Most of the time is during peek daytime hours, I traced it to the T-Mobile network and not my pc or phone, I opened a command prompt on my pc and typed in a to trace the rout my connection was taking and the connection timed out on the T-Mobile dns server side. I am somewhat familiar with networking and knew what the ip address was for my phone and at what point it hit the T-Mobile's towers network, this is where I got the timeout message.

I switched phones two months ago. Before switching phones I had terrible service but after getting my new phone my service is much much better. I usually have LTE and when I do not I have 4G. Once in a while I will a call where I dial the person and it appears they answer but I do not hear anything so I redial. Not sure if it's my phone or theirs. Overall happy with service and pricing is great.
