No internet connection, I can't send texr messages and people try to call me but I don't get calls, T-Mobile as of right now in this area is atrocious don't know if to call, I'm sure they will give me the run around the typical we don't see no problem and or we will work on it sorry for the inconvenience.

I just bought the 5G galaxy s 20 and my signal has been horrible. My calls drop and my text messages don't get send. What is going on?

Moved from California to Virginia and now to Houston. T-Mobile connection was good in California and Virginia and I have been using since 3 years. B But moved to Houston, TX, 2 weeks for now... It's very difficult to have connection... even if it is very poor connection. Planning to change in couple of days, if it continues.

Many of my texts fail. Forget about 4g coverage. I was hoping for at least average service but very disappointed.

I hve had T-Mobile for a few years and had great service moved to greenspoint and no service They sent me a cell booster so I can get calls and text now which is great but no streaming its not the signal since I have full bars all the time but the congestion. too many people in this area use the same network. in the middle of the night I can stream no problem lol

Inside the building, reception fluctuates from 1 bar to none and calls drop if I ever get one out or in, otherwise, lose too many calls, specially from our company's field foremen. Messages take time to go out or in. When I'm outside the building, I get about three bars, and then I am able to make calls. We are not allowed to connect to the WiFi so those of us who have T-Mobile service suffer by being loyal to Tmobile. Sooner or later, the other carriers will get their prices low enough to switch to the one that does give better network service. I will not mention the carrier that has good reception inside the building, but that is the one I am thinking about to change to when I get tired of being loyal. Maybe T-Mobile will start providing better network services in the near future, hopefully not too late.

ATT services was bad in general over the last couple years. Over the last six months it has gotten worse. One barely has one to two bars. Constant call dripping and texts so not go through. It is very frustrating and also affects my job and how I respond. The phone won't ring but then a message notification appears if one ia lucky! ATT Help... ... .Please... ... Maybe its time for a different Carrier. Several folks in this area have the same issue.!

I have used AT&T wireless for more than 15 years, had up to date cell phones each year. But over the past 2 years or so the reception has gotten HORRIBLE. I have both an iphone and Samsung and both have 1-2 bars usually. 2 years ago I frequently had max bars on my 2 phones (S5 and 5S). I don't know what they are doing but they are about to lose a customer over this poor service.

Never works properly, get terrible service when you have to go to ANY OF THE STORES, paying arm and a leg for phones we can't even use in the comfort of our own home, me and my wife have been customers for over 10 years but I'm hoping Verizon or AT&T will buy our contracts out WE'RE DONE WITH T-MOBILE!
