At home I get 2 bars at. Eat. It flutters to one one a regular basis. I work in galleria area and 2 bars there. Slow downloads and coverage. When I go around houston I find poor coverage.

Always have signal and no drop calls in this area. Just a little more expensive than T Mobile. Not sure if T Mobile has as good service

Can never get more than two bars out of five without a signal booster. That mostly works fine as long as you have an Internet connection. When that went out during hurricane Harvey, we practically had no service at all! From what I've seen of other reviews, however, it seems as if our neighborhood is the "Bermuda Triangle" of cell service!

engineer called me and told that they turned the antenna towards my house. it didn't fix the problem. I switched to Verizon, and problem fixed

I checked one star because in my house I occasionally get reception. But more often than not my calls drop. If I want to have a conversation, I pretty much have to stand in the front yard. Very convenient.

Vertizon used to be our go to phone service but they have been willing lately to let us go. Moving from the Galera west to Hwy. 6 has produced a very poor signal resulting in terrible service. We choose this company for its wide network but we expected that we would be serviced within the city limits. Comcast learned a few years ago about taking customers for granted. Beware Verizon you could be next to suffer the consequences of poor customer relations.

everytime I call from my apartment people say they can't hear me. I even have wi fi and connection is terrible. I was told there are plenty of towers in my area but still have terrible reception at Westheimer and Wilcrest major streets.

I change a service from cricket to sprint, I thought Sprint is gonna give me a better service which turn to the worst of all! They are F*n liars, Cricket service was a way better than their crap!
