Never works properly, get terrible service when you have to go to ANY OF THE STORES, paying arm and a leg for phones we can't even use in the comfort of our own home, me and my wife have been customers for over 10 years but I'm hoping Verizon or AT&T will buy our contracts out WE'RE DONE WITH T-MOBILE!

I usually don't get no more than 3 bars in this area. Mostly stays at 2. Never get the LTE network. Always stays on 3G

My service was horrible at home until I heard of a company that boosts the signal. I called Bluefish Technologies and had them install a Booster in my home and my service is great now. No dropped calls, 4GLTE works great now, speed has increased. The guys were great, really down to Earth and very helpful to answer any questions I had and even helped me fix my computer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has trouble with their cell service at home.

I have lived in a 8 mile radius of this zip code for 10 years. Now that I live directly in this zip, my service sucks I have been a customer for 20 yrs. I have an android and an iPhone

The service always drops to 3g. The internet reception is very spotty. Verizon has some work to do in this area, but I never get dropped calls, unless I'm talking to someone with another service.

Worst carrier ever. I HATE SPRINT and have cursed myself daily since leaving ATT. Cant wait for this contract to end or ATT to do a buy out offer. Never again.

Never had problems in this area until I got the iphone. Now dropped calls, callers cannot hear me or only hear every other word. Very frustrating. Will have to buy a different phone or switch to a different carrier.
