NEVER, EVER AGAIN SPRINT! I am now free after being shackled into a 2 year contract with Sprint. 2 years ago switched from Verizon to Sprint because of the better phone selection at the time - what a bonehead move. With 1-2 bars and dropped calls, the lies I was told by their customer service.. "we are working on an upgrade for your nearby tower" ha - its been 2 years and crappy service du jour! At least I have minimum 3 bars with Verizon (still not impressive but at least no dropped calls). DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO SPRINT!

We moved here from Oklahoma with US Cellular. It works decent there. Here the service is very minimal. Make a phone call Send a txt and absolutely zero data. No 4G at all.

Just had T-Mobile for about two months nd I hate it from the dropped calls to not receiving text message, multimedia is out of the question, hardly ever can load fb and for get about playing music downloads or watching a videos. ASAP I'm returning to Verizon never had those problems just their plans are high but I guess to have tha best you got to pay for tha best😒

No reception in my home. If it wasn't for my device's ability to make and receive calls via WiFi I would have dropped Sprint when I moved here. I have had Sprint since 2000 and until I moved to Houston I have always been a fan. Not now. I am currently looking for a new provider even though my contract is not up.

Intermittent or very low reception / transmission. Have to get out of house most of the time. Dropped or not received cqlls very common. Text messages may be received or delivered with great delay or none at all.

I have an AT&T Wireless Home Base. Reception is horrible. Voices garbled and really bad time relay--talk over each other. I. A not live with this situation much longer.

I've had only about 3 dropped calls but the data service is horrible. Sometimes it is as slow as dial-up and other times it will just lose a connection sometimes for hours. Customer service has been of no help. Completely useless.

I love AT&T! My family and I have had it for years and have never had any major problems. only time I do not have service is the library in college. other than that, I always have service.

Little to no reception at home. Several drops per call. Hard to even finish a single conversation. Not as bad closer to downtown Houston but terrible for the are I'm located in.
