My reception for voice is perfect. I have NO dropped calls, dead air, or white noise. My text messages come through fine with no duplicates or delays. My issue has everything to do with the data. When the LTE was first launching, I was a store manager for Sprint and luckily my area was the very first to get a Network Vision tower with speeds of 35 down and 25 up. It was great. I knew once they started adding LTE to other towers around the city that would decrease which was fine. Fast forward to now and I can't get 4G service in or around my home except if it's 1AM when everyone is sleep and no one is hardly using the service. I called Sprint several times and inquired about this, took my phone to the service centers (3 in total for different opinions), and reset my device twice. To no avail, I had to put my antenna to only pick up 3G which has gotten speedier but only in bursts. This is quite aggravating and Sprint continues to tell me that neither of the 2 towers in my vicinity are bad and are working fine. It's terrible that I can't watch any youtube videos, access simple web pages, or even download a picture message without waiting 2-4 minutes.

Ever since T-Mobile teamed up with Walmart the 1st of June 2013, my service has sucked. I travel 249,BW8,Hardy, 610,59 downtown and back. I can count on 2 to 3 dropped calls every morning and evening on the commute. At the house, I can never get reception in certain parts of the house. Have to go outside to talk, so what good is Tmobile? NOT GOOD, RECOMMEND ANY CARRIER BUT THEM, unless you are a walmartion and have not choice, then you clog up the system for everyone else. Switching to Verizon.

Get no service at my home. May get one bar pop up now and then. Cannot call, text, get emails, internet. Might get call now and then but have to go outside for any reception. Have to get in the car and drive to another area to use my phone. On top of $85 a month for no service, buying an expensive Galaxy phone, and a big penalty to cancel, going to a Sprint store(can't make call at home)many times, and over 30 min chat online; all I get over and over from chat is "I am sorry,tempory situation, towers being updated." Worked in Katy, Tx last Sept-May, phone rarely worked there either, unless I went outside, still drops. Went to Ind. and Tn over summer and phone worked great. Tired of paying $85 mo and want out.

Since I signed up with Verizon the service has been awful. Instead of 4g LTE I receive 3g and hardly any bars. Lines break up and static.

The last few months has been awful! I NEVER have 3G or 4G data coverage. Most of the time I have no data signal. Texts come in when I leave work for home (where I can use wifi) and most of the time I can't even get a call to go out. It's not just my phone because my co-workers who have T-Mobile also get no data / signal here.

Only 1 bar, dropped calls, and can't send any pic messages. Regular text gets through about 75% of the time. SUCKS!

Been with Sprint for over ten years. I had really enjoyed my 4G LTE until they decided to go green and improve their network. Now although I am still stuck with paying for an expensive plan, I have dropped calls, calls that go directly to voice mail, delayed text and occasional 3G.
