T-Mobile

When I complain about no service, they said that I should get my subdivision to approve a tower. I am about 10 blocks from the T-Mobile store and they have reception. Another time they said they would put my address in for better reception.

No reception at all inside building. 3-4 bars outside. I have been noticing poor quality of T-Mobile recently to reacquire signals.

Absolutely awful 3G connectivity in this area. T-Mobile phones like my own(HD2) and guests with a range of other makes and models seem to indecisively hop from the various types of towers in this area, which makes for a sketchy at best internet experience. Calls dropped on a regular basis. T-Mobile service in this area is a nightmare. Proceed with caution.

Worked great up until around April 2011. Then went to one bar. Numerous dropped calls, etc. Makes me think they have lost a tower in this area.

On a lease out of Streeter, TX (5 miles from Mason,TX), there is no reception. We were stuck with no vehicle for 6 hours and could not reach out for help.

How can someone stand under the bright blue sky and not have reception? Be a Sprint customer. They continue to upgrade my equipment claiming the problem lies with the hardware but still cannot get a data signal most of the time. Sometimes I have to cycle my phone on and off to get it to receive anything. Frequently, several voice mail will have come in without a single ring between cycles. Sprint used to be the best around and I never had a problem but something has happened and they have lost me as a customer. You can look at their coverage map and see exactly why my location stinks for reception. Verizon's map has no blank areas. Verizon, here I come.
