Just switched to t-Mobil because they were a bit less expensive... . It has been nothing but a nightmare and I still have two years to suffer. I see why they are less. You get exactly what you pay for.

Most calls drop inside the house. We have to stand outside to get any coverage at all. Coverage is pretty bad everywhere in NW Houston.

Lately when I'm traveling around the city, especially during my commute on 290 into town, the data reception stinks. I've been wit Sprint for over 10 years but it has gotten to the point that my phone is worthless when trying while on the move. In Dallas, I couldn't even use the map / navigation because it wouldn't keep reception. I had to use someone else's phone to get around. My phone is less than a year old, a Google Nexus by Samsung. When I first got it, it was awesome and I guess this supposed network upgrade Sprint is doing is supposed to fix it. I hope so. Another year of this and a long time Sprint customer is moving on.

Cannot finish a conversation without a dropped call. Company sucks. No reception in the house, only outside.

My coverage has been very good. I’ve been with T-mo for ever can’t remember when maybe over 10 yrs. From phone call’s to data stream it has been great!

T-Mobile claims to be working on their issues with their tower upgrades... however, no clear date in sight, and the coverage "bites"! They refuse to let me out of my service, even if they aren't providing the service I'm paying for... .seriously?!?

I have had issues with spring for almost a month now and they continue to tell me they are correcting the issue. It's time now for me to switch back to t-mobile. They have the BEST coverage for me no matter where I go. as well as I have never had any issues with t-mobile. I so regret switching over as I was trying to save a little money on my monthly bill. Live and learn oh well you pay for what you get.

Awful signal level inside my home since about a year ago. Contacted several times and went to their retail where they "updated my SIM". Still dropping or unable to place calls from inside home. About 5 months ago a CSR advised they were in the process of installing a new cell in the area, but haven't seen any improvement if they really installed it. Having checked coverage, I might switch to AT&T after 6 years with this carrier.
