I live in Bridgeland. I can NEVER speak on my cell phone in my home. If I get a call most times it either hangs up right away or I can not hear the person due to such a poor connection. My phone always says SOS if I even have a bar, usually with NO 3G service. My husband has AT&T cell phone and has to walk into the front yard to speak on the phone. I have complained several times and tried to get the cell booster for free which I was denied. Does anyone living in Bridgeland have Verizon and get great service?

When I complain about no service, they said that I should get my subdivision to approve a tower. I am about 10 blocks from the T-Mobile store and they have reception. Another time they said they would put my address in for better reception.

I randomly get no reception for hours! Me and almost everyone I know who has AT&T dont get reception for hours then will randomly come back. People I know outside of cypress have reception, I guess its just here. I usually have around 2 or 3 bars with few dropped calls it just needs to be consistent!

I have complained since Febuary 2012 about reception and dropped calls. Last Thursday they said a tower is "planned" at Brittmore and I-10 but no one knows when it will be completed. Cell is my only service so yeah, this sux.

AT&T service in The Woodlands is horrible. When my contract is up I'm switching to Verizon. Much better cell reception service.

No reception at all inside building. 3-4 bars outside. I have been noticing poor quality of T-Mobile recently to reacquire signals.

Northwest houston has poor reception from ATT. Fairfield you are lucky you can even make a call. If you stand in just the right location and stay you maybe able to have a conversation.

No to low reception in our house. Have to go outside to make calls or send text msgs; calls will go straight to voice mail. My husband has Sprint, and it is actually worse than TMobile. Service is terrible here. Wanting to change to Verizon to see if better.

I am unable to hold a conversation at home, I am required to go outside to receive one MAYBE two bars. I have tried to call AT&T multiple times to have someone come out and fix this problem in the area. They have not done anything for me and I am getting ready to move away from this company. They are horrible.
