1 - 0 Rating. For about 200 yards, there is zero reception from all directions. T-Mobile needs to get this straightened out.

Have to stand in a specific area in my own home to receive signal. 2 bars on average. Dropped calls getting better. Searching for something else to try.

I was with Cingular and never got reception in my home, or at school (North Harris College). Went with Verizon and I get coverage everywhere. I've never had a dropped call. Only complaint is Verizon's phone selection, and occationally I'll hear my voice echo during a call.

It was good until I switched to a GSM plan. After that I rarely got reception and always get dropped calls.

Two notches on reception for a good day, poor reception almost always. AT&T, Verizon poor also. T-Mobile promised 11 months ago to resolve reception in 6 months to get me to resign. They lied, I'm gone. Going to Cingular, has best reception in this area.

We have had cell phone service with Verizon since 2001. At the beginning the service was great and we added a total of four lines under a new contract each one. When we changed the calling plans from anytime to the smallest plan due to budget constrains the sevice and connection also decreased. This service does not work anywhere passing I-45 in Houston. Meanwhile the company does not acknowledge anything, instead they say "It's probably a bad patch. Turn off and turn on the cell phone and reception will kick in."
