Like many other reviewers, very bad coverage in this area. 1-2 bars in the house, 3 at best, but even with three bars call quality is spotty; sometimes crystal clear, but more often breaking up, echoes, and many, many dropped calls. Texting fails more often than not as well. Data usually works well, but at reduced speed compared to other areas. We are looking for a better carrier.Was this review helpful to you?

We have the Apple 5S phone and we have been with Sprint PCS for 16+ years and their 3G and 4G LTE is slower than AT&T and Verizon which our friend have.Was this review helpful to you?

We might get 3 bars but most times its only two strength bars and sometimes only one. Reception outside of this area is good- but very expensive. Unfortunately, the area that is bad is where we live.Was this review helpful to you?
The service always drops to 3g. The internet reception is very spotty. Verizon has some work to do in this area, but I never get dropped calls, unless I'm talking to someone with another service.Was this review helpful to you?
No phone service in house, poor phone service outside. Data service inside is spotty. Zero phone or data at Premium Outlet Mall. Never had problem before (15+ years and 3 states). Customer service, once stellar, is downright shoddy. Will be changing providers when contract is up later this year--very unhappy.Was this review helpful to you?
Worst reception ever, the minute I walk in the door signal drops to no service, since I work in a hospital and am on call this is unacceptable, my son in Annapolis and son in Dallas have the same problems, as soon as you walk indoors in any building the signal is gone. I am going to have to pay $1000 to get out of this shoddy service, but I will have to do so as I cannot be without service, never again T-Mobile!Was this review helpful to you?
