Inside house no reception while on phone can't here other side and internet service is bad even with 5g equipment and service I have to walk outside in the driveway to use my phone at home and it's 🔥🥵 any recommendations for another service in this area???

Used to work fine, dropping calls can't hear me or simply no coverage for months now. AT&T assures that they are aware of and working on issue. Yeah, right. Something has changed in many places.

So tired of the excuses from cricket / att... I have 5... FIVE... phones on one plan and ALL get horrible, if any reception in the 77055 area... but a friend can come to my house and have great reception!... .Time to change carriers

I get a lot of dropped calls in my house. Everytime I am on the voice call, the other callers sometimes cannot hear me. Like I have to go outside my house to get better reception. If AT&T can add a tower in my backyard or a signal booster in my house, that would be excellent. I always get 1 bar LTE in my house and same outside or sometimes 2 bars LTE.

Had T Mobile for a few years live near a major road called 1960 and little to no reception even with driving down the street. Text arrive days late, family complains of making calls I never recieve and T Mobile is the only carrier I have had this problem with. VERIZON IS SO MUCH BETTER AND LESS MONTHLY YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE AN IDIOT TO GO WITH T MOBILE. Good luck to you, do your research avoid T Mobile at all costs they will change your monthly bill and managers have education equal to that of my 11 year old nephew.

T Mobile is T- Errible! I'll possibly return to prepay. My calls drop CONSISTENTLY! Bars come in and out via service while I stand in the same spot. When I send a text message, the message takes FOREVER sometimes to send... the circle turns and turns and turns. When the data doesn't work, the wifi is just as bad to make calls on... .wifi hangs up my caller / receiver. I get reception (all of the bars) in the MOST strangest places! When I call to speak to a rep, they say many different things to the same question that I ask... SCREW TECHNICAL SUPPORT! I'll figure it out, then! They don't know, either! Yet, they want that payment, don't they? Every once in a blue moon, when I want to make a phone call, my phone will say "call not sent" over and over and will not give me the call. ANNOYING!
