There are two AT&T towers just several miles from me yet the reception here is so pitiful I drop the 4G often and can't even open a webpage. I am through with AT&T they suck and I have the nerve to have commercials that say they are number one coverage in the US what a load of BS! I am in the fastest growing area in the whole United States only 30 miles from Houston you would think they could do better !Was this review helpful to you?

Vertizon used to be our go to phone service but they have been willing lately to let us go. Moving from the Galera west to Hwy. 6 has produced a very poor signal resulting in terrible service. We choose this company for its wide network but we expected that we would be serviced within the city limits. Comcast learned a few years ago about taking customers for granted. Beware Verizon you could be next to suffer the consequences of poor customer relations.Was this review helpful to you?
No service at our house unless we use Wi-Fi calling. Outside we barely can get one bar and sometimes none at all. We are in Firethorne about 1 mile west of 1463.Was this review helpful to you?

everytime I call from my apartment people say they can't hear me. I even have wi fi and connection is terrible. I was told there are plenty of towers in my area but still have terrible reception at Westheimer and Wilcrest major streets.Was this review helpful to you?

I forgot to mention we have no problems with texts, sending or receiving. About a year ago, we went thru a period of a few weeks of not receiving texts promptly, but that problem has been resolved and we have had no issues since then. The texts always involved my husband's windows phone. TMo has been great, we have unlimited everything (2g for 2 phones) and spend about $150 for three phones, paying on one, extra data for another, insurance, and an extra line which was $10. They have never ever changed my bill, which another reviewer complained of. I've had the same carrier for years. Really cannot complain.Was this review helpful to you?
