Super spotty coverage inside my house! At the window = 1 bar and unable to place calls. Center of the house = sometimes can place calls even with no bars. Voicemails with no missed calls, texts that come in HOURS later, unable to reliably receive important calls from work or doctors. This started about a month before Harvey and it's always "they're working on the towers." It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something that only works part of the time and then get the run around about why.Was this review helpful to you?

Sprint has no data in Bridgelands. There is a 100% dead spot on Parkside Haven. This is ridiculous. I have to drive to Fry and Cypress-North Houston to use my phone internet.Was this review helpful to you?

In most places, it’s good. But in Katy Mills during the weekend, when there are a lot of people there, the data speed is quite bad. I’m already on the beyond unlimited plan, which should have the highest priority during congestion.Was this review helpful to you?
the reception in this area has been a problem for us for years and we have been with ATT for many many years they are the worst they can never help you unless they are trying to sell you something never a signal at home the only answer they ever have is you should be on wifi calling when I asked what is the cost of there internet they said not available in my area so I have to rely on consolidated comm to provide internet and wifi to use my $200.00 a month cell phone service from these crooks wow I am shocked they are allowed to bill me for something I can't use half of the time this should be against the law thinking about going back to old school and getting a regular phone in my house either way definitely leaving ATT there customer service is the worst there billing is the worst and there overall attitude toward customers stinks hope they go brokeWas this review helpful to you?

I've being a loyal customer to ATT but this time, in a residential area, it's awkful! Worst reception I've seen constantly in Katy and Houston urban area. Why they are not considering to put an antenna where is required? First provider that puts an antenna providing solid signal, I'll be switching on immediatelyWas this review helpful to you?
