I forgot to mention we have no problems with texts, sending or receiving. About a year ago, we went thru a period of a few weeks of not receiving texts promptly, but that problem has been resolved and we have had no issues since then. The texts always involved my husband's windows phone. TMo has been great, we have unlimited everything (2g for 2 phones) and spend about $150 for three phones, paying on one, extra data for another, insurance, and an extra line which was $10. They have never ever changed my bill, which another reviewer complained of. I've had the same carrier for years. Really cannot complain.Was this review helpful to you?
I have never had a problem with coverage at my location. The only time I have a problem is when I'm on the way to Dallas. There is a dead spot outside Fairfield. Otherwise I have enjoyed TMo very very much. Customer Service has been wonderful. I have a great plan. I have been researching carriers wondering if there is anything cheaper (Sprint having a good sale now but I dont't think Sprint has as good coverage as TMo) and read a review from a techie. He said that a lot of times, the problem isn't with the carrier, but the phone and its soft or hardware. That's just my two cents. I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 and bought it at WalMart for $200. I have dropped it several times on tile floor, never a shattered screen. I am satisfied with TMo and with my Galaxy Samsung phone. My husband who has a Windows phone likes it, and my daughter who lives in Dallas and has an iPhone has not problems with TMo either.Was this review helpful to you?
Had T Mobile for a few years live near a major road called 1960 and little to no reception even with driving down the street. Text arrive days late, family complains of making calls I never recieve and T Mobile is the only carrier I have had this problem with. VERIZON IS SO MUCH BETTER AND LESS MONTHLY YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE AN IDIOT TO GO WITH T MOBILE. Good luck to you, do your research avoid T Mobile at all costs they will change your monthly bill and managers have education equal to that of my 11 year old nephew.Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile service is horrible here. I just see voicemails without actual calls coming in. When I am at work, and I call my wife, she never gets the call and the funny thing is, it rings twice but does not get to who you are calling and then, it goes straight to voicemail. Coverage was 'ok' for the last year. Calls were fine, but data was slow. in the last month, calls drop, txt fail, data is intolerable... Did a tower fall down??? Better be a fix soon or our 5 lines are going elsewhere.Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile service in Cypress area is unreliable and really poor. Sometimes I just get "no service" or a couple bars with nothing actually loading. I could be sitting in a parking lot with nothing loading. I am using an iPhone 6S and know that is not the problem. Super spotty in the 290 cypress area. Customer service at this franchise location is very poor. I have had trouble with them since day one. The Sprint corporate store on I-10 and Fry road was far more helpful and more professional.Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile Service in this area of Cypress, Texas is horrible and unacceptable in 2016. T-Mobile has no cell towers in the Bridgeland, Black Horse areas of Harris County. We will soon have to use the dangerous pay phones outside a nearby convenience store on Mound road at Fry road to make calls. Very Frustrated!Was this review helpful to you?
AT&T does not work in Fairfield. It is so sad that even AT&T technicians call it the dead zone. This has gone on for 5 years now with no hope upgrade to network last time we asked.Was this review helpful to you?
