Calls break up inside house that is when we get the calls. We OFTEN completely miss calls and only know we've missed them if there's a voicemail. Sometimes it doesn't even show a missed call. Service varies all over depending on where I'm at. Not good in large building which also knocks out my hotspot. People I talk to often say that I sound like I'm in a barrel or tunnel... .. customer service... don't even get me started.! I'm about to switch to VerizonWas this review helpful to you?
We had Verizon, reception started going down hill in August of 2015. On April 2, we went to AT&T kiosk at The Woodlands Mall and switch service from Verizon to AT&T. At that time we explained to the AT&T rep about the poor reception at our house. They assured us and even put it in writing in our records that we could get a free booster if home reception was poor. Today after one week of one bar in the house, we called about our free booster. We were told that we would need to purchase cell phones from AT&T before a booster would work. "Bottom line, no booster, you can go to another carrier".Was this review helpful to you?
We've had AT&T for many years and I've had no problem with it until the last few months. Over the last few months the Internet has been going on and off. Originally I thought it was our router so I would switch from Wi-Fi to the full coverage but even then I would have difficulty connecting. This is leading me to believe that it might be AT&T service.Was this review helpful to you?
Metal buildings in the boondocks give me trouble but with patience, and some pacing lol, I can get any app to work. Overall I'm confident Verizon's service is peerless in this area from general experience. Although it isn't flawless its worth 70 bucks a month I pay, especially since my choices are: SPRINT :( T-MOBILE :( Verizon : /. Coupled with decent customer service and laughable competition they win by default basically. Pay cash for phone. Don't buy a $700 phone with financing. Go used. Had reasonable good signal, but then after a new cell tower was installed in our area six months ago, we have not been able to get more than one bar in our house. Verizon said it was our iPhones, but Apple gave my wife a new iPhone to prove it was not the phone. Verizon denied there was any problem and refused to give us a signal booster. We bought one (not from Verizon) and Verizon refused to register it to their system. Life is full of choices. Verizon chose to not help us. We choose to drop Verizon.Was this review helpful to you?
My service was horrible at home until I heard of a company that boosts the signal. I called Bluefish Technologies and had them install a Booster in my home and my service is great now. No dropped calls, 4GLTE works great now, speed has increased. The guys were great, really down to Earth and very helpful to answer any questions I had and even helped me fix my computer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who has trouble with their cell service at home.Was this review helpful to you?
1 bar, AT&T microcell no longer connects. Something changed. 2 years ago could at least walk outside to certain location and get 3 bars to make a call. Now just 1 bar - same as no signal.Was this review helpful to you?
