Phone works sometimes outside but poor to no service inside the home. Have extra boxes installed using my electricity to get service to this level. Service has gotten much WORSE in the past year. The representative wasn't helpful at all and gave excuses for poor service that we have been receiving yet still charge us full price for. Help!

Verizon was great in our house until about about 2012 / 13. After that, reception became poor and more than half of our calls dropped. Lately, nearly all drop. Has Verizon removed local towers without telling us? If so, isn't this fraud? I would be delighted to join a class action lawsuit!

I've used Verizon in Porter for almost two decades now. Much better than Sprint and T-Mobile (I had both prior). I almost never have a dropped call.

Used to be on the south side and service was great but since moving to Humble a few weeks ago it's been awful! Kept thinking I was out if data only to realize it was poor reception. Constantly one bar, sometimes two... I need to know the best one around here. Switching soon!

Have not had wireless cell service now for 7 days. AT&T says the tower is severely degraded and they are working on it. Longtime AT&T customer about to switch carriers.

The AT&T reception in this area of The Woodlands is horrendous, there is simply no other words for it and they do not seem to care.
