Horrible AT@T use to be good and have good customer service now they have gotten to be the worst. No service broken calls one bar signal. We use to have full signal now nothing. When you call they give you different story's or tell you it will be looked into. Nothing is never done. I have no choice but to look into another carrier.

Moved from California to Virginia and now to Houston. T-Mobile connection was good in California and Virginia and I have been using since 3 years. B But moved to Houston, TX, 2 weeks for now... It's very difficult to have connection... even if it is very poor connection. Planning to change in couple of days, if it continues.

I had the best service compared to coworkers, friends and family up until August 2017. Ever since then all AT&T users in my area seem to have all noticed a dramatic decrease in service since. Every day at noon I lose all signal. this has gotten tot he point I am considering switching providers. I have been with AT&T for over 10 years.

Constantly dropping calls no service had better service with Straight talk I freaking HATE AT&T worst service ever call to get help always say the tower is down being worked on really! For eight months! And they get a paycheck for doing nothing!

I've been with Verizon for three years, the first year was fine, but over the last two the signal strength at my home and this entire area has deteriorated. I constantly have one bar and signal strength is at 113db, so basically when I make a call or try to take an incoming call, the person on the line can't hear me though I hear them just fine. It's very frustrating.
