Everytime I walk into a building or home, I recieve bad reception or drop call. I pay over $300.00 a month to drop my call and get very bad service. Changing to a better service.Was this review helpful to you?

I've been with T-Mobile for years. And since last year the downtown area has not been working. It says LTE but the calls don't come in and if they do they can't hear you. I even upgraded my phones to see if it would help and nope. I only start to get normal service when I get on I35 north. Thinking of switching to Verizon, what's the point of having service if you can't use it.Was this review helpful to you?
Tmobile Sucks. I'm a realtor and I'm all over town. If I dont have Wifi Assist the coverage stinks. I drive all over town and I drop every call. Not joking. My mom lives in Plantation and her coverage at her home stinks even with Wifi. I live in Lakeside and works with Wifi but have to be near it. Terrible coverage.Was this review helpful to you?
9years with Verizon. Grandfather unlimited data. 6 lines. Excellent reception. Never had a dropped call. Super fast 4G all over the city. Noticed 3G in some parts of San Antonio. But it is ridiculously expensive. Planning on switching due to price.Was this review helpful to you?

Have had Sprint for over 10yrs. Never had problems with reception, minimal dropped calls. Even added international service once and called home while in Israel. However, in the last 3 years or so customer service is the worst. They make such a mess if you make changes in plans or phones. It can take hours on the phone and even multiple days of talking to different people to straighten things out. Its a nightmare.Was this review helpful to you?
