If you are not on a family plan then I can't imagine why anyone would have anyone other than cricket. I only pay 35.00 / MO. Admittedly I only have 1 gig of data but even if I paid more and went up in data, it would be less than all the other carriers and the coverage is awesome. Was this review helpful to you?
I have lived in this area for 5 years, in two different houses about 5 blocks apart. In the first house (4 years), reception was spotty inside, but consistainly good (three bars) outside. At the new house it is from zero to three bars regardless; inside or out. It is very troublesome as it comes and goes. At one bar they can't hear you, if it goes to zero the call drops. As soon as it drops the call you look and it's at three bars. Was this review helpful to you?
My wife and I have a small store that we own, and we rely on our cell phones to work to conduct business. We are luck to have one bar on 3G iPhone, and on my Galaxy S3, its always switching from 3G to 4G. We also rely on our data service to update our business Facebook, but it always fails to send data. And if we travel, our service in Port Aransas,TX is non-existent.Was this review helpful to you?
Worst Service Ever. I cannot believe T Mobile to give such kind of service. I have used T mobile else where and never encountered this kind of service. I really dont know what happened to them. Even their customer service sucks now.Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile service in this area is deplorable. Text message delivery fails. Calls drop constantly. Voicemails show up days later. Online access is up to the phone, rarely cooperative when you need it most. Weekends are even worse. Ive logged dozens of complaints and T-Mobile refuses to rectify the situation. This isn't just in my house, its in the backyard and frontyard, too. Service doesn't go to 5 bars until I go north on San Pedro. DO NOT get T-Mobile in SA or at least inside 410. Horrible! Their customer service people are clueless also. Was this review helpful to you?
I have AT&T. Lately I've noticed my reception is poor pretty much all over and especially in buildings. If I have more than 3 bars, it's a miracle. Just to be clear, I have no issue with AT&T's customer service. They've been fine. I'm looking into Sprint and Verizon. Sprint seems to be the better deal economically, but Verizon seems to have the least reception issues. Was this review helpful to you?
Can't use my cell at home! Sprint service always drops my calls! Going to switch carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
We have very few dropped calls. However, I don't get voicemail messages for at least 3 hours to 45 days. Since I'm dependent on my phone for my job this can be very very bad. I've not gotten important messages, then suddenly I'll have over 50 voicemails. Texting is a PITA. It only works about 30% of the time. I don't get responses and look to find that the texts have never been sent... locked in my outbox. I have the same problem getting texts taht I do with voicemails. Today I got 90 texts, some from December 2010! That is just wrong. Sprint says "oh well". They are not helpful at all with customer service. I can't wait to get out of this contract. Have had them since 1995 and was always happy till the last 18 months. My download speeds are about 3KB per hour. Most websites never load. I just have given up.Was this review helpful to you?
I get iffy coverage in certain classroom buildings, but in the dorms I usually have enough signal to make calls. The coverage in the Olmos Park area is pretty bad, and when I am indoors I usually only have enough signal to send a text message but not make a call. I think part of the problem is my phone though. It has been replaced three times in one year due to major software issues. Was this review helpful to you?
I've been a Sprint customer for several years now (personal and work). Over that time I've used an old basic Nokia candy bar, the original Motorola clam, a Samsung A460, and currently a Samsung A620. I live in New Braunfels, work at Lackland AFB, and travel across the US for business, and regardless of where I am or which phone I've used, SPRINT SUCKS! With up to 3 lines on contract at any given time, I expected more. The contract ends shortly and so will our relationship! I'd rather return to smoke signals than to endure the endless dropped calls, spotty service, or horrible roaming coverage any more. Was this review helpful to you?
