Dropped calls. When do get a chance to talk, other caller can’t hear me 99.9 percent of the time. I go outside to talk…never gets better! Was great until T-Mobile merged with Sprint. Sprint worked great. This merger is a load of crap.

I F***ing HATE Sprint and their service. For starters, My caller ID was coming up as some random guy named Genaro! I called on two occasions to get this changed out. It took so long that my family now calls me by that name : / Second, service around town sucks! in stores, overpasses, under bridges, parts of down town and most of the north west side and pretty much pockets all over SA. I cant wait until my contract is over
