Switched to T-Mobile because Sprint's Customer service reps are just plain rude. When I had Sprint, connections seemed to be good anyplace That I went in Texas, so long as I didn't head out west of Boerne on I-10. In that case service was gone. Now that I have T-Mobile I have a connection almost anywhere. It fades and drops constantly. The sound quality is always poor. It is a connection though. Customer service is really good. The connections are terrible. Was this review helpful to you?

AT&T Wireless (GSM)
Actually, I always get lots of reception bars, but also lots of dropped calls. My old Sprint PCS service almost never dropped calls from the same location (interior of my home). Was this review helpful to you?
Rarely any dropped calls, usually only when talking to people using sprint... clear reception, haven't had any complaints with Cingular and I've been with them for more than 4 years. Was this review helpful to you?
If you are planning on using your phone in the Shenandoah subdivision, you may be in for a disappointment. In the eastern side of the subdivision (Big Meadows, Goshen Pass, Ramsgate), there is virtually no signal; I literally could not activate my phone at first because it kept saying "No Service." You are lucky to get one bar on a good day, and at least half of the time there are no bars at all. The closer you get to I-10, the better the reception becomes; I noticed the signal jumped to full strength in the northwest corner of Shenandoah and all along the interstate. However once you move about a block (if that) away from the interstate, you enter a black hole. I'm having to return my phone after a week because of this; I'll try Verizon next to see if it's any stronger. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for awhile bt after I moved here I realized that I do not get service at my home. I don't have a ground line phone because I always use my cellular, but now I am stuck in contract with no phone and a high bill. Was this review helpful to you?
There must be a tower in the area because I have excellent service. Go Cingular! Was this review helpful to you?
Pretty good coverage in the Colonnade business and apartments area. Text messaging is horrendous as is the Sprint's customer service. Was this review helpful to you?
Loses signal constantly while inside the building, nearby Verizon tower may be drowning out the signal. Overall Sprint PCS reception in San Antonio is spotty and poor overall. However, even with poor signal coverage, it's still outranks Sprint PCS's horrific customer service. Was this review helpful to you?
