Half of my calls wind up being dropped or they can't hear me when I answer. Some calls go to voicemail and the phone never rings. ATT says there are several towers in the area and that I "SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET AT LEAST 3 BARS IN THIS AREA"... ... Signal strength is 2 bars about half of the time and 1 bar the rest of the time. When it's 1 bar it might as well be no bars. Always excuses, no action from ATT.Was this review helpful to you?
I don't have even the strength of a G network speed. And I am paying for a G4 speed. Not good company.I have been calling for three month. They promise to fix and do noting. Was this review helpful to you?
The signal is intermittent within my home. Okay in one location, move twenty (20) feet and there is "No network". Nearby three (3) story building just had cellular antennas installed on the roof. Was this review helpful to you?
when I was checking out Samsung phones I was told I had service according to my zip code. Well due to wal-mart add which said they had GALAXY S III I ran over to get one and OOPS THEIR BAD they didn't have any, so was talked into diferent one. IF I CAN GET 2 BARS I'M GETTING GREAT SERVICE LOL NOT! I HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THIS CITY IN AREAS ON THIS MAP AND ONLY GEY 3 BARS MAX! THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE. AND STATIC IS EVER PRESENT ON ALL CALLS. THEY CAN HEAR ME FINE I JUST CAN'T HEAR THEM. I GUESS I SAVED $450.00 since I WILL NOT PAY $600.00 for the GALAXY G III. I HAD BETTER SERVICE FROM SPRINT NOT MUCH BETTER AT LEAST NO STATIC THEY JUST DROPPED 99.9% of all calls because I was on a month to month contract at a low monthly amt / it seems that everyone who had what I had had same problem! Was this review helpful to you?
There is no 4g lte coverage, and the 3g is pathetically slow. Thinking of returning the 4g lte and going back to my original phone which is 4g, straight up. What a disappointment and really, outright fraud by Sprint. Was this review helpful to you?
I get dropped calls around the following locations 1. My house near Colby Glass Elementary 2. Near the University of the Incarnate Word 3. Near the University of Texas at San Antonio 4. In Castle Hills 5. Near the Alamodome I get several dropped calls every day, at least 3 per 30 minute conversation. Terrible. It's been like this for a couple of years now. So I'm switching when the contract is up. I don't know why I renewed it.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception has become almost non-existent the last few days and AT&T says they can't figure it out although there is a degraded tower at NW Military and Wurzbach Pkwy. which they say has nothing to do with dropped calls, people can't hear me, and text messages will not go outWas this review helpful to you?
I've been with T-Mobile for over 10years, actually since before they were T-Mobile. I've had great coverage all over most of San Antonio, but tend to lose both my data and phone service when I go out towards the Poteet and Pleasanton areas. My data works most of the time but I'm wondering if they slow down my data at certain times during the day since sometimes it takes a while for a page to load. Was this review helpful to you?
When I originally, moved to this area, I had Sprint. Soooo many dropped calls. Then moved to Verizon. Service and coverage was excellent, but cost was too high. So, ended up moving to AT&T. Bad idea. Service bad, dropped calls in SA &, especially, when I traveled down to The Valley. So, FINALLY, moved back to Verizon. Even had my company phone changed from AT&T because the dropped calls and poor reception was disrupting doing business. Their prices are actually competitive now. Luckily, I got in when they had unlimited data, so I'm grandfathered and my family of four is on my plan, too. We have great coverage at a good price! After being with Sprint and AT&T before, Verizon is definitely the best coverage I've had.Was this review helpful to you?
I switched to Verizon from ATT a couple years ago and have been very happy with that move. Reception is key for me.Was this review helpful to you?
