Verizon
I've been a Verizon customer for years. Great reception, and great customer service... although in person it can take a while to be helped. My only complaint is the data prices are too high. With all carriers having unlimited packages, I would think Verizon would want to be more competitive.

Half of the time I have to walk around the house or go outside to call out, I cannot send text messages with attachments at all and most of the time even regular text messages do not send. Getting on the internet is impossible. I have been with Sprint for more than 15 yrs and this is the worst service I have ever gotten with them. I am looking for a new carrier asap.

Poor signal and lots of dropped calls in Converse, TX. Reception used to be much better, but has really degraded over the last 18 months. Tired of the dropped calls.

Drop calls very frequently and very slow data speeds... however if I drive 1 / 4 mile away I get service! Very frustrating... ..

The concept of unlimited voice / data / text is great but ONLY if it actually works! If I only had to pay for what works Sprint couldn't charge me more than $30 a month. No 4G anywhere I ever go / work / live period! The 3G coverage is too bad to rely on for work etc. Battery doesn't last morn than 4 hours tops if I DO NOT USE the phone at all in most locations because the 3G signal is too low.

From South San Antonio to Bulverde I consistantly dropped one call for the past 9 months. Recently it has increased to 4 dropped called at specific locations consistantly. Sprint has unfortunately done nothing since it was reported back in 2012 and I believe their investment in WiMax and conversion to LTE has caused horrible issues they cannot fix. Left them for T-Mobile and paid over $1000 in termination fees and unused service, but it was worth it to have a phone that actually works (also paying $60 less / month)

I have Virgin Mobile powered by Sprint. I get 1 max two lines and can not even check my voicemail without losing connection after few seconds

Consistently dropping calls... get text a full day after it was sent. I lived in the 78233 area and worked overnights 78232 area... I conclude that no matterwhere I am in and around San Antonio my service is CRAP! I've lost important calls I've missed important texts. I'm paying for a paper weight until the end of October next year! It's ridiculous that I'm giving away my hard earned money which doesn't come easy for me!

My wife and I have a small store that we own, and we rely on our cell phones to work to conduct business. We are luck to have one bar on 3G iPhone, and on my Galaxy S3, its always switching from 3G to 4G. We also rely on our data service to update our business Facebook, but it always fails to send data. And if we travel, our service in Port Aransas,TX is non-existent.
