T-Mobile
Had been with T-Mobile for 10 years, no problems until I moved here. They said my phone was old, and it was, I had an old Nokia; so that was the reason I got a bad signal. So I decided to wait until they had IPhone 5's. Biggest mistake. After months of calling T-Mobile and them telling me even they couldn't hear me and the calls kept dropping, they sent me their signal booster. No help. A tech support person said I will never get a good signal here, even with the booster. She said we are between a 2 G and 4 G tower and an Iphone won't pick up 2 G (duh) and 4 G service won't lock in. She said they would buy back my iphone at half the price and I could pay the rest off and buy an Android through them for full price and use my home wifi with the android. But T-Mobile will not work with the android at my house either so why pay for one? Again I was told I will not get T-Mobile service at my house.- period -but they won't help me out after 10 years of loyalty.

My wife and I have a small store that we own, and we rely on our cell phones to work to conduct business. We are luck to have one bar on 3G iPhone, and on my Galaxy S3, its always switching from 3G to 4G. We also rely on our data service to update our business Facebook, but it always fails to send data. And if we travel, our service in Port Aransas,TX is non-existent.

I am currently using VirginMobile on Sprint network. Many dropped calls. Often my calls go straight to voicemail. It takes forever to get a signal when trying to make a call. 12 years ago, I had Sprint and experienced the same issues. I assumed by now that would have been resolved. Apparently, not. I had Verizon for many with no problems at home.

I have read other T Mobile reviews and agree on coverage complaints. Same problems in 78259 area. I never know how signal strength will be.T Mobile even have 2 towers in a 3 mile radius. It appears that no matter the carrier, majority of cell users have coverage issues and / or customer srvc. complaints. As far as I see cell co's they just want your money and want to sell new phones that only work well for a year. It's all a consumer game they play with us. They all just tell you what you MAY want to hear.

We had no problem with the phone until know ever since the storm we use to have coverage in our home now it just roams in and out. For the prices that the customer is paying for we should be able to get some type of respones but we keep getting is the round around everytime we call customer service. I would like to keep our services but they are just making easier to want to change providers what happen to customer service we have done everyting they have told to do put in this code and press this code and still we keep roaming. It has been two weeks know but oh no when they want their payment you have to pay.

Worst Service Ever. I cannot believe T Mobile to give such kind of service. I have used T mobile else where and never encountered this kind of service. I really dont know what happened to them. Even their customer service sucks now.

For the 7 years I have had a cellphone, service with AT&T has been fine, no issues, sure I got dropped called once in a while, but that was when it was Cingular. Service has been fine and never really had much of an issue with the network, only when I was in an area that was swamped with loads of iPhone users, like Ingram mall. Other than that, I am satisfied.

I had good 4G upstairs in my house, but often reverted to 2G downstairs. I contacted T-Mobile, and they sent me a Booster, and now full 4G all over my house and yard!

Horrible, never better than one bar; fades out totally during storms. 4G LTE service often reverts to 3G.

Review is for Ting (a Sprint MVNO). Ting is simply awesome. All of the perks of Sprint without the cost. I pay for what I use... I have 3 Android phones on one "plan", I haven't had a bill more than $68 since I started with them a year ago. My lowest with the 3 phones was $37. Cell reception is exactly what you get with Sprint, but with great customer service. Check out planpitdotcom for a comparison, or planpitdottingdotcom to see what they have to offer. I have good reception with Ting, I left T-Mobile because of frequent dropped calls, this never happens with Ting.
