Reception is horrible. I have trouble with phone, Computer. Verizon needs more cell towers in this area. This area is the most neglected area when it comes to service.

Even when Settings show everything is connected, it isn’t. All the gateway lights are green, but no internet. Calls dropped, poor connection if on cell or house phone for a long period of time. Trying to get help takes forever, transferred 3 or 4 times, have to speak to someone you can’t understand, more than frustrating.

Fluctuates between 1 and 2 bars. Calls are broken and occasionally dropped. Not sure why I continue to stay with AT&T.

Since I switched to cricket wireless 5 or 6 years ago, I've enjoyed almost troublefree service. And then I my signal for two days In a row. It returned to good, workimg reception, then a few months go by and again complete signal loss for another couple of days. And since then my signal strength has been weak to nonexistent. I've dealt with customer service several times with this issue. been having them reset my connection to the tower and reset my phone default settings on a few things it always seems to work a little better but never like it used to. And never for very long. It's been getting worse, I had no choice but to call customer service again, came to the conclusion that it was my device causing the problem. And after purchasing another phone. Again I am back at square one with poor to no reception really getting frustrated and disappointed. Hope to get some kind of honesty and resolution from this matter as I've been a long time customer always pay my bill on time and I think I deserve better. Model U304AA

Absolute worst service ever! Same with AT&T I've had them both they need to get with the program they are quick to charge for a service that goes out so much It's a theft of service really.

I am constantly hearing complaints about other carriers but I myself have never had bad experience with Verizon reception in Pleasanton and surrounding areas. They are the best!
