Worst reception ever, however according to Sprint one of the best areas for coverage - I say Hogwash. We constantly drop calls on a daily basis, no coverage and messages coming days later. Looking at switching carriers, that is why I am at this site. Do not use Sprint for this area.

I had an Alias and had absolutely no reception in my trailer and very spotty outside. Switched to the new Bionic and now have spotty reception in the trailer (have to be near a window) but excellent outside on the deck. I also have a company AT&Tphone and have excellent reception everywhere inside and out.

I have had T-Mobile for 12 years. I have stayed with them because I like their customer service. My reception is horrible! Recently my reception has continued to get worse. Constant dropped calls and no signal. I was hoping AT&T would buy them out soon and maybe my reception would get better. Well, that fell through. I can not deal with the bad reception anymore. My husband has cricket and has no where near the problems I have. And of course T-Mobile claims to have a good signal where I live, but for 9 years I have had issues. It makes me wonder what GOOD means to them

Its worse than the old style antenna's that used to be around. In CERTAIN areas of the house I get reception. The rest of the house I don't. Even when I DO get reception, dropped calls continue to happen.

I have the evo by Sprint I am not satified with this carrier at all I get no reception at my house my calls always drop and most of the time I cant even call out because of no reception also when someone does call it takes about 2 plus hours to even recieve a voicemail this is mostly at my home but I do have these problems throughout the sa area.

Terrible reception. although AT&T has told me we are located in the middle of four towers. I sceptically believed them. I now know why the cell phone companies require a two year noncancellable contract. Otherwise they would be out of business real quick due. I was going to drop the landline but now am thinking of checking into cell phone rehab. There have been exactly zero times that a call could not wait until I got home. Sure there have been a lot of convience calls recieved, but now they are going to ban talking while driving. Same as they did with drinking and driving back in the day. By the way, was it only alcohol beverages against the law while driving? If itis against the law to be DUI? Why do bars have parking lots? I know, for the designated drivers, right. ha ha

i just recently got back with Sprint and my service is always working good even when I went fishing in the gulf of mexico, I guess the good service really depends on the device you have but I think that the same with all phone companies.
