T-Mobile

I have T-Mobile and the service is unreliable! I have iPhone 5s I looked on T-Mobile and it says on T-Mobile website I have 4G LTE where I live but only get E coverage and it shows 4G but it goes back and forward to 4G one bar to E coverage eventually! I have few drop calls :(

When I moved here 4 months ago, the service was fine. Working from home, I need my phone to work -- not have to drive 5 miles to find service, or worse: miss calls that never even make it to my phone, because customers don't leave a msg. (In this day and age, everyone expects that a cell phone will register the incoming call with caller ID, so most do not leave a msg.) I've lost $$ and credibility with potential employers and clients due to horrendous service, for the past month. I frustrated family around Thanksgiving, because no one could get in touch with me to make arrangements. Every week, AT&T just tells me that "it SHOULD be fixed by next week." It's been 4 weeks. What a nightmare. Tomorrow is the day that it's supposed to be fixed (another week). If not, I am switching to another company. Enough is enough.

very bad reception in this area texts won't go through most of the time, dropped calls, data plan unusable. I wish I checked the phone reception before moving in this area. Now I waste time everyday because I have to resend texts multiple times before they go though. It's really frustrating. It seems to be all operators as my friends with other operators have similar troubles

Sprint LTE on iPhone 5. Download speed with full bars of reception has dropped 95% since May. Phone data plan is now mostly unusable. Sections of downtown require turning off LTE to transfer any data. This is not what I paid for. AT&T 3G on iPhone 3s was faster two years ago.

Note: This review is for AIO, which apparently is owned by AT&T. Service is excellent, both for calls and data. However, there is NO tethering plan, so data must be used ONLY with the cell phone. I've tried virtually all the other carriers in Austin - Sprint, Verizon, and TMobile. They are all a joke. However, the moment someone introduces a decent service with tethering I will be gone from AIO.

cell service good downtown and decent at my house in cedar park. I ride the metrorail every day and service simply doesn't exist in much of east Austin and west of I-35 until I get north of crestview station / n Lamar. service is really solid at Kramer and Howard stations and spotty at lake line. are other folks experiencing no service in east Austin?

at best I have 3 bars but when on the phone, I know the clock is ticking before the call is dropped.

Text messages do not go through. Do not even think about making a call from the parking lot. I have dropped calls over city. I tried to call Sprint from the lower deck of Ih35 to HWY 290 to 130 it would not stop dropping the calls until I got past Palmer 7 miles of dropped calls and they call it service if it was a restaurant we would walk out, oh forgot they want a $250 tip for their quality service.

I had AT&T for a while and the service was good but cost was too high. Decided to switch over to Sprint because it was substantially cheaper. Now I know why they are so cheap. Coverage is horrible for both phone calls and data. The data is slower than watching paint dry if you can even get data. I am now looking at Verizon because AT&T is still priced too high.
