Sprint

Lots of call drops inside house. Sometimes I have one bar or less. Outside a bit better. I would get 2 to 3 bars. Wish Sprint one a tower nearby.

I've been a long time AT&T customer. The only time I ever had an issue with service was when the original iPhone 4 dropped. The network got super saturated with new iPhone users and my service was unusable. Apple took the bullet for AT&T saying it was an antennae issue with the new iPhone and sent everyone a free bumper case but magically a month later everything started working just fine and nobody ever spoke about it again... Other than that instance, I have little to no issue with AT&T. Their service is at par or better than Verizon or Sprint in my area. Sure I get the occasional dropped call but it's almost always with the same people which makes me thing it's not me. My current contract has expired leaving me with the freedom to change carriers. I have heavily reviewed my options and am going to stick with AT&T. One reason is I'm grandfathered into unlimited data. But even then, comparing to Sprints Unlimited plan for $99 it's a wash. With AT&T's roll over minutes I never have overages. If I talked more on the phone I suppose this would be an issue but I don't so it works out for me. AT&T is a good value if you know exactly what you need.

Service in my apartment is spotty. Usually I can make complete calls, but calls drop much more often that I would like. The sound quality isn't great either. Overall, it is OK but likely there are better providers for this neighborhood.

Always dropping calls or searching for signal. AT&T refuses to admit poor reception issues.

No, or very little reception in this area. Thinking the change from OK to poor coverage happened about the time of the 4G LTE roll-over.

Due to another carriers tower on top of the building there is no ATT cell coverage in the Oak Park Apartments.

I had just switched to an iPhone and now can hardly have a phone call that isn't cutoff. If you're going to sell an iPhone, freaking make sure the infrastructure is in place to support it. I should have stayed with the old phone that butt dialed people. At least it had excellent reception.

I have near perfect reception everywhere I go. My friends with Sprint and my room mate with AT&T all have little or no signal for calls or data in my house, I have no issues whatsoever. no complaints at all, my data isnt as fast as I would like, but its faster then any of my friends who use other providers!

i live near this intersection and typically am unable to use the phone in my house or out in my yard. calls 9 out of 10 times are dropped when I am able to get reception.

I live on Tom Green St. between 33rd and 32nd streets, and no one that has AT&T is able to use their phone in my house. Even going outside on the patio doesn't help. The only reason we've been able to get by using iPhones is that we have a microcell, but it has its own problems (cutting out, long delay during calls). I bought a Verizon iPhone 4 when they cam out, but Verizon also has no service in this area. I even called them and they finally admitted that we're in a "known area" of poor service. My wife and I both had Sprint before getting iPhones and we had zero problems. We're considering switching back for Sprint iPhone 4Ses, but we're in contract with at&t.
