I would be lucky if I can make a phone call that lasts more than 30 seconds. No data at all. Cannot send / receipt TXT messages. Called T-Mobile multiple times. Always heard back from them saying they found no issues. It has been extremely frustrating. Their coverage map is a lie.

I can only use my phone with wifi now, if I even step outside my house the call drops. I can't contact my husband when I am out of the house, load web pages, or send text messages. It used to be just a couple days at a time and now it is always. We're going to switch carriers because this is getting dangerous.

Lakeline Blvd, north of Crystall Falls, it's like we don't have cell towers for any cell providers. t-Mobil poor reception, dropped calls or no calls.

Best service I have been able to obtain is 1 and sometimes 2 bars. Poor quality service at best in the 21 first century. It's no wonder that people hate their cellular companies!

I called AT&T about my reception and signal bars. They said there are 3 towers that are close and they run 3G which is why the poor signal. They said that they will be upgrading the cell towers to 5G by 02 / 22 / 2022. In the meantime it’s advised to use Wi-Fi Calling until the towers are upgraded. Also, they are sending out notices that if customers have 3G phones those won’t work when they discontinue the 3G network. They can assist with phone upgrade options.

There is no wifi where I live so I must rely on cell reception. Verizon reception even with a highly-rated signal booster is poor. With the booster, I can maintain a phone call, but generally cannot send or receive photos via text message. It often takes 10 minutes or more to open a website page. That being said, friends and family with Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T all have similar issues at this location. To have a zoom conference, I must drive at least a mile, generally 2 miles away for decent reception. This area really needs more towers, especially since more people became homebound during the pandemic. There is far too much traffic trying to use the same towers that were barely sufficient before.

I can make phone call only one side upstairs. The sound quality is poor. When I am working downstairs I have to leave phone in that room to avoid missing call.

I work as a delivery driver, and as one I choose to wait in certain areas where I am more likely to get orders. I can’t stress it enough how incredibly inconsistent T-Mobile service is in this area. One day I have somewhat of a mediocre service in one of the best spots and the next day is horrible. So yeah it varies from horrible to extremely mediocre, costing me at least $20-50 in lost orders, Thanks T-Mobile.
