I have been with Sprint for over 10 years now, most of which here in Austin, first at Scofield Ridge and now in Lakewood. Sprint has gone through phases, but this is the worst it has ever been. 3G speeds are so slow I can't even browse often times, and dropped calls, blocked calls, calls that ring, but never show up in your phone (until you get a voicemail), poor call quality, failed text messages are common place more than ever now. I understand they are upgrading to LTE, but this is just very poor service. It seems every carrier has its issues, but I am hoping it will be better at AT&T or Verizon as I am heading there next. There is no way I am getting a new LTE phone and staying with Sprint... It's gotten bad enough that I am making an effort to shop around. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile has spotty, if at best the worse coverage on Equestrian Trail (78727) and in the area. Dropped calls are constant. Was this review helpful to you?
I get great phone and internet coverage with Verizon. I work at a hospital and that is the only time I have ever had any problems with internet (super slow or doesn't work at all). I assume it is because of the building. Was this review helpful to you?
Poor reception- only two bars most of the time. Also, phone goes into roaming occasionally and consumes all of the battery strength. I also have dropped calls zone around the University. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint is horrible; frequent dropped calls from our home, consistently weak signal and lousy coverageWas this review helpful to you?
Reception is iffy and hops technologies all the damn time. Skips between 4G / 3G / EDGE and then no data at all. Annoying. Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage seems to be even worse than the customer service they provideWas this review helpful to you?
Coverage at my home is ZERO inside the house, and barely 2 bars outside. WTF am I paying for?Was this review helpful to you?
Signal strength was fine until July. Since then, I have 0-1 bars inside and even outside will get dropped calls or garbled voice. Have talked to numerous reps at the local stores. One told me that my house was in a low spot and that's the cause. One tried to sell me the Microcell but I refuse to pay for something that I shouldn't need. Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible coverage inside our home. 1 bar of 3G coverage normally, 2 bars at best, but only up in an upstairs bathroom. Frequent breakup and dropped calls. I've had to buy a MicroCell from AT&T to have any decent coverage inside our home. Microcell works pretty well but it would be great not to have to use it at all.Was this review helpful to you?
