Verizon

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Crystal Falls and Baghdad, Leander, TX 78641 |

I have excellent service all over Leander and Cedar Park, Liberty Hill over to Marble Falls. Full bars and average 28 to 44Mbps download. I haven't had any issues with dropped calls or no service.

Had good but not great reception side LTE first arrived many years ago until just about a month ago. Now, it's one or two bars instead of 4 or 5 and many dropped calls and data flow is horrible over LTE

Wow, Verizon, what a disappointment, we may have to go back to ATT&T. Completely inaudible, unreliable voice service at our NW Austin home, even with 2 bars. Switched to Verizon because we'd believed the ads about their network quality. Silly us! Enabling WiFi calling has helped on our newer iPhone, but of course that's us providing the connection while Verizon charges us for voice coverage that it can't deliver. Austin is growing cell companies, did you not notice!

Even with a personal cell booster in my home, still having calls dropped all the time. I'm ready to switch carriers.

I commute from Northwest Hills to approximately I-35 at Parmer. If I start a conversation in my driveway, it never fails to drop 4 times on my route. It seems to be getting worse every month or so. More frequent cutting out and altogether dropped calls. I feel like I am talking on my 1996 StarTac flip phone (with 1996 cell coverage) instead of a modern iPhone.

We had a T-Mobile 5 line plan for many years with no complaints out of state, we moved to the area recently and our phones have literally become bricks. Phone calls are dropped constantly in the Leander, Cedar Park and Round rock areas, tons of missed texts and Internet is literally non-existent unless u use wifi calling at home. So disappointing considering what he had before and this is a suburban area close to a major city! Get with the program Tmobile, we had no choice but to switch carriers.

I rarely get reception in the house or in a lot of buildings or off of the I 35 corridor. I use Wi-Fi at home but on the road reception is spotty. I thought it was my phone because when I had a blackberry which had an internal antennae, I didn't have this problem. But when I got my Galaxy 4 and my LG V10, that is when this happens. I know the galaxy doesn't have an internal antenna, but an not sure about the LG.

T-Mobile

0 Out of 5 (0 stars) | Riata Trace Pkwy., Austin, TX 78727 |

Absolutely abysmal reception in the Riata area. No cell phone network at all, and naturally no internet network. Not just inside buildings... It's endemic to both inside and outside all buildings. The whole area of 110 acres is practically a black spot for T-Mobile coverage; I have to migrate my number to AT&T, which has full coverage in that area.
