T mobile. I don't like it anymore. Poor coverage and poor service. They just want money!

I've had T-Mobile for about 5 years now and I haven't had many issues with reception while in Austin. Only when traveling out of Travis County I have lower signal and speeds dropped to 2G. While using my Nexus 5 and on LTE I get download speeds anywhere between 20-35mbps. So far the best speed of 38 down / 15up was in the Anderson Mill / 620 area. I'm very satisfied with the service especially for the price I'm paying.

I can't get any signal in or around my home. It isn't uncommon for me to lose the mobile network or roam altogether. I am regretting my cell phone choice of Sprint.

Sprint map show our house as having full 3G coverage. However, the phones in our house are roaming. Wish we knew who was covering it.

Verizon has best reception in Austin. I had AT&T and Sprint before. Actually My Dad had Sprint, his colleague has T-Mobile, and my Mom and I have Verizon. My Dad's friend has AT&T and Sprint and T-Mobile suck in Austin. Verizon is #1.

Coverage map shows 4g, but 3g barely works. If I didn't have WiFi, the phone would be a brick. Was getting 4g at work near zilker and Mopac, 3g barely works there too.

Have practically zero service inside my house. I seem to typically drop a call 3 times in 5 minutes. Generally have to resend texts 3 times or more for them to go through. I have some service when I go outside the house, which is the only way I can really talk to people without dropping calls.

Note: This review is for AIO, which apparently is owned by AT&T. Service is excellent, both for calls and data. However, there is NO tethering plan, so data must be used ONLY with the cell phone. I've tried virtually all the other carriers in Austin - Sprint, Verizon, and TMobile. They are all a joke. However, the moment someone introduces a decent service with tethering I will be gone from AIO.

Extremely poor reception. Lucky if I can even get text messages... let's not even get started on dropped calls. Reception is practically useless all over Austin not just the north side.

Reception is poor. Have to go outside to talk on my phone. Has been this way forever. Neighbors have the same problem. We are all thinking of switching to a new carrier. Please fix this problem or we are gone.

Text messages do not go through. Do not even think about making a call from the parking lot. I have dropped calls over city. I tried to call Sprint from the lower deck of Ih35 to HWY 290 to 130 it would not stop dropping the calls until I got past Palmer 7 miles of dropped calls and they call it service if it was a restaurant we would walk out, oh forgot they want a $250 tip for their quality service.

Very bad reception in the house - unusable to talk. Have tried this with other phones and carriers in the same year and Verizon is consistently the worst for our area.

Every since Sprint switched to 4 G LTE, I am getting spotty coverage all over the Austin Area, bad at my home and almost non-existent at my office, can't even send receive Text messages. When is Sprint going to FIX THIS!

just spoke with a representative and they are stating that can not even give a time frame or estimation of when the towers (2) will be back up. Apparently two towers are down in the 78681 area for maintenance work. This is very poor service we should not have to suffer in the mean time. The rep also explained that if they see extra charges during this period they will look into it, and possibly remove those charges. I was definitely not aware of the horrible service from SPRINT. As a leading cell phone company I would expect complete customer satisfaction and service. Disgruntle Customer

We switched to Sprint a few months ago, and the service has always been spotty, but it's been... well, you can't really even call it "service" anymore since we can't use our phones at our house. Calls are dropped repeatedly *every time* we make a call. And that's assuming we can even get a call to go out. Incoming calls are even worse. They don't show up, so we don't even know if we're missing them. We've called and been told they're doing maintenance, which seems to be the standard line, and we've done the online chat with a representative to diagnose the problem. Guess what, it's not our phone. But since going through that process and updating some stuff, now I can't even leave a voicemail for my wife if she's at our house. It rings about 8 times and then a recording comes on saying they can't complete the call. So we're paying them gobs of money every month for essentially nothing. The salt on the wound was when we called their service center and the call dropped a couple of times. They called back and asked us to use another phone to talk with them. I suppose irony is lost on corporate America.
