Worst signal ever. I can't call from this place or any place I can imagine. If I am in emergency, I can't call. Always a single bar is visible but it just doesn't work. T-Mobile provides unlimited data which I took and it never works. There wasn't a single time when I was able to use my data outside of home.

Sprint is reliable but looking for least expensive carrier. Looks like Sprint is best for now.

Jumbled voice calling. Usually it's on the other end and I can hear them okay. I've rebooted, reset, and gotten a new SIM card. No change. I really liked the idea of unlimited data because I occasionally went over, so I switched a month ago from ATT after 10 years. I bought a new phone and almost feel cheated now.

One bar or no service and that is with a Microcell. Last March the Microcell worked great but after 5 or 6 months it is very inconsistent. I am in the process of finding another carrier. Once I find one that can provide service, I will move my company as well. Actually, AT&T rep at 183 and Cap of TX suggested I look for another source because they could not help me in this area. Only one tower on Anderson Mill Rd.

I had no Sprint reception at Lakeline mall and while driving there on 10 / 30 / 16 at 3:15-3:45 pm. I have a Samsung phone and the problem is exacerbated because once the reception gets too weak, the phone stops retrying connection but doesn't let you know. So hours later when someone contacts me by email and says they have tried to call me and gotten no response, then I reboot the phone and all the delayed text messages and voice mails finally show up. This has happened about 4 times in different areas around Austin.

Reception is extremely bad in many areas of Avery Ranch on the East side. Many times I completely lose data.

Wow, Verizon, what a disappointment, we may have to go back to ATT&T. Completely inaudible, unreliable voice service at our NW Austin home, even with 2 bars. Switched to Verizon because we'd believed the ads about their network quality. Silly us! Enabling WiFi calling has helped on our newer iPhone, but of course that's us providing the connection while Verizon charges us for voice coverage that it can't deliver. Austin is growing cell companies, did you not notice!

Verizon is now terrible in Northeast Austin. I left Sprint when their tower went badly out of tune and remained so, from then on. Now, it appears Verizon is having the same issue. There are no tower climbers based in Austin, and they are in short supply around the country. There is no national certifying body for the profession. "Can you hear me, now?" "HELL NO!"

Poor to no reception. Looking for other consumers who do have good service and who is the carrier. There has got to be one company who has cell service out here. My family tells me that no service is due to my android. (They all have iPhones). Looking for answers!
