Sprint

I have had 1 bar for several months. Now, for the past five days there has been no service at all. I have to walk a block away just to make a call.

Coverage map shows 4g, but 3g barely works. If I didn't have WiFi, the phone would be a brick. Was getting 4g at work near zilker and Mopac, 3g barely works there too.

Poor reception for every function. Often get a "No Service" message. Dropped calls, failed texts, etc. Very frustrating.

In the last few months phone and data reception have dropped substantially. Now get dropped calls and no data service in places which had no problems in the past. I have been a customer for 12 years and am now looking to leave Sprint. Sprint will give you a 4G Lte map that shows the whole west side of Austin having 4G Lte, but on our Iphone 5 other than occasional momentary flashes of 4G Lte (not usable)as I drive 620 there is no 4G Lte. When you contact Sprint they provide excuses but nothing changes.

I have been with Sprint for the past 6 years. When I first started out with them they had relatively good service. for the last year and a half their service has really sucked. idk if its because the new smart phones coming out or what the hell but they suck. Im paying for 4GLTE and dont even get the service anywhere in the major city where I bought my phone. Im sick of paying for a phone service thats missing the service. Thats why better companies charge what they charge.

I've had Verizon for over a year, almost no coverage in the Parmer Ln and Brushy Creek area. I live 7 house from a Cell tower and my phone drops calls daily! It's so bad I'm changing to AT&T!

Poor reception and dropped calls, just north of our state capitol. Can't even stay on long enough to use

Lots of hill where I live. 2 bars inside. I work at UT and inside my building it is 2 bars at best. Not sure if any other provider would be any better.

I have been with Sprint for over 10 years now, most of which here in Austin, first at Scofield Ridge and now in Lakewood. Sprint has gone through phases, but this is the worst it has ever been. 3G speeds are so slow I can't even browse often times, and dropped calls, blocked calls, calls that ring, but never show up in your phone (until you get a voicemail), poor call quality, failed text messages are common place more than ever now. I understand they are upgrading to LTE, but this is just very poor service. It seems every carrier has its issues, but I am hoping it will be better at AT&T or Verizon as I am heading there next. There is no way I am getting a new LTE phone and staying with Sprint... It's gotten bad enough that I am making an effort to shop around.
