Signal strength was fine until July. Since then, I have 0-1 bars inside and even outside will get dropped calls or garbled voice. Have talked to numerous reps at the local stores. One told me that my house was in a low spot and that's the cause. One tried to sell me the Microcell but I refuse to pay for something that I shouldn't need.

I've had ATT for a few years bc of contract. Almost never have I been able to make a call from home (area indicated). If I can, the calls almost always drop, and the reception is horrible. I don't even turn on my cell at the house.

Terrible coverage inside our home. 1 bar of 3G coverage normally, 2 bars at best, but only up in an upstairs bathroom. Frequent breakup and dropped calls. I've had to buy a MicroCell from AT&T to have any decent coverage inside our home. Microcell works pretty well but it would be great not to have to use it at all.

Reception is not consistent. Some days it is ok and other days there is no reception at all. There is nothing major in the area blocking signals

Hoping for some progress instead of degressing in both dropped calls and hotspot service as well as 4G I have been paying. Being truthfull on better service would be helpfull.

Continually drop calls in at my house. Had to purchase a cell range extender that plugs into my broadband. Works well intermittently, and makes calls unintelligible other times. As a home based business, that means all my money goes to sprint, but the vast majority of the traffic is actually supported by my ISP. Good deal for Sprint. Right up until I leave when my contract runs out in about 2 months. Good riddance. Been comparing how various friends' phones work here, and I'm leaning heavily towards Verizon.
