I live very close to tower and I get a very strong signal when initially connected to the strongest cell, but T-Mobile quickly rotates phone to weakest cell and phone drops off network inside my home. New phone from t mobile did the same. Area has too many customers, T-Mobile no longer able to offer reliable phone service as a result. If you used to have good service, it is likely degradation of that service is due to T-Mobile selling more plans than they have the capacity to reliably support in your area. I had a fun ride while it lasted, but T-Mobile's wonderful customer service is now just chrome plating on a turd. Was this review helpful to you?
no signal in our house even with the Verizon booster installed. Have to stand on our porch or patio to get any signal and it's very weak even there. Was this review helpful to you?
Very poor reception of data in the area. good prices for service but can't use data until you drive out of the area. this goes for Virgin Mobile as well because they use the Sprint network also. Was this review helpful to you?
I agree with others my phone doesn't work most of the time in my home. I will be talking or move my head and the signal drops. It use to work great when we first moved here 14 years ago. Either there is not enough towers for the amount of people that has moved into the area or they have lowered the power of the signal. We do have more electronics in the house an I pad. I went to the store on William cannon and they gave me a booster but even the booster doesn't get much power. I called the store to have a repair person come out and they told me someone would call me by Fri. It has been about 3 weeks and I still haven't hear from anyone. Was this review helpful to you?
Can not use my iPhone inside my home. Do not get alerts or notifications of texts or emails. I constantly see neighbors outside making cell phone calls. Service is terrible. Was this review helpful to you?

Service is a joke for such a high rate. As mentioned above I do not see how this guys can be in business. Was this review helpful to you?
I've had T-Mobile since 2002 (Voicestream back then) and have always had superior service to the majority of my friends who all followed each other to AT&T so that they could pay twice as much every month for inferior service. I'm still baffled that Steve Jobs allowed Apple to become AT&T's little daughter for 2 freaking years when the I-phone first came out. Most dropped calls and slow moving internet complaints still come from friends and family stuck with AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
No problem with reception. Just wish that Verizon customer service did not suck so badly. Whenever I go into a Verizon brick / mortar location I fell like I've stepped onto a used car lot. No one seems to know the products and forget about trying to get a faulty phone fixed. It's always sell, sell, sell. If I could guarantee reception with another carrier I would kick Verizon to the curb. Was this review helpful to you?
They sold us on the MI-Fi connectivity for our computers and it has been a horrible device. I have had to order three in ten months time. We are rural so now we are going with Hughes which is a satellite. Was this review helpful to you?
