Never had a problem with Sprint until I moved to South Austin. Now it is problem problem problem. Just nothing but problems. Poor reception, dropped calls, missed calls, inability to make calls, calls going straight to voicemail, texts not working. It's terrible. And so is the customer service. Was this review helpful to you?

After complaining for years AT&T service is still very poor in Bee Cave / Lakeway area. Very hard when you cannot even call your kids cell phone a few housed away or even at the high school. Our neighbors keep land lines as to just keep in contact - yes wifi word great when your in your house ! But asking neighbors for access to wifi in order so you can see the game stats seems nuts to me.. I'm switching all 5 of our lines next year when we come of plan...Was this review helpful to you?
I have had AT&T for 5 years in Austin, TX. The quality of coverage has gotten worse. Even on a new retail-packaged phone, I only get 1 bar in most of of the city, 2 sometimes, and rarely 3 or more. I am often downtown, in South Austin, or in the Spyglass / Zilker area. Coverage is horrible all-around.Was this review helpful to you?
Must be near window or outside to make callsWas this review helpful to you?
Customer for over 15 years. Poor to non existent service at house and local area SW of Austin. Installed boosters (at T-Mobile's suggestion). No help; however, T-Mobile made a nice profit. No quality service in Austin. Interesting, cell tower in close proximity and my TracPhone consistently works great! Was this review helpful to you?
While the speeds are fast in some area's, 1 / 2 of Westlake Dr. is either in E service or not working. The maps says 4G LTE but, its not accurate. In addition, the network is slow in downtown, zilker, and tarrytown. NO service when entering buildings in this area. Verizon is better option. Was this review helpful to you?
I live very close to tower and I get a very strong signal when initially connected to the strongest cell, but T-Mobile quickly rotates phone to weakest cell and phone drops off network inside my home. New phone from t mobile did the same. Area has too many customers, T-Mobile no longer able to offer reliable phone service as a result. If you used to have good service, it is likely degradation of that service is due to T-Mobile selling more plans than they have the capacity to reliably support in your area. I had a fun ride while it lasted, but T-Mobile's wonderful customer service is now just chrome plating on a turd. Was this review helpful to you?
no signal in our house even with the Verizon booster installed. Have to stand on our porch or patio to get any signal and it's very weak even there. Was this review helpful to you?
Very poor reception of data in the area. good prices for service but can't use data until you drive out of the area. this goes for Virgin Mobile as well because they use the Sprint network also. Was this review helpful to you?
