T-Mobile

Kyle's infrastructure is sadly antiquated and overtaxed. I rarely get continuous clear reception. The norm for my area is dropped calls, no reception, abysmal connectivity. Both Spectrum and T-Mobile advertise excellent connectivity and yet it is highly uncommon when I am able to get a clear connection with my mother who is less than 1 / 8 of a mile from me.

Thought it would get better when t mobile took Sprint but somehow reception got worse. God forbid your internet goes out, because you can't use the internet or uncached mapping outside of wifi almost anywhere in kyle (and even down in san marcos along i35, for some reason) service is abysmal and yet somehow it keeps getting worse. San Marcos to buda has at least 120k people, why is service so bad here??

Such bad reception in and around Kyle, Tx. Is T Mobile even aware of this? This area is growing so fast. How could it be this bad. It's 2023!

Poor reception from Pflugerville to Kyle. Dead zones and dropped calls. If you call customer service they like to say “you should connect to Wi-Fi” they just don’t get it.

1 bar at all times but that one bar is not enough to even make a phone call.

At&t sucks out here in Kyle, Tx. Never any service. Need to switch carrier

This is way too populated of an area to have such bad service. At least 1 / 3 of the day you can’t even load a web page. Towers always seem to be overloaded. Given the price of phone plans it’s criminal that major carriers in the area cannot be bothered to improve their network here

No reception, missed or dropped calls, one bar showing at all times
