Unsent text messages and only two bars constantly.this didnt happen until I finished paying off the phone.I think it may be time to go back to AT and T. Never had theses issues with themWas this review helpful to you?
Loose internet connectivity... miss incoming calls... get the vmails hours after they are left. Sprint should be ashamed. Was this review helpful to you?
No 4G whatsoever, will get one bar heading toward Tyler but otherwise nothingWas this review helpful to you?
Sprint has gone downhill and it appears they really do not care. Cell signals are horrible. Was this review helpful to you?
Has been getting progressively worse since February-yesterday was outside front door and couldn't receive 2 calls no sound on my end-callers cd hear me. Is it not considered false advertising re cell phone service on the part of all companies servicing this area???Was this review helpful to you?
Worst signal ever. I can't call from this place or any place I can imagine. If I am in emergency, I can't call. Always a single bar is visible but it just doesn't work. T-Mobile provides unlimited data which I took and it never works. There wasn't a single time when I was able to use my data outside of home. Was this review helpful to you?
One bar or no service and that is with a Microcell. Last March the Microcell worked great but after 5 or 6 months it is very inconsistent. I am in the process of finding another carrier. Once I find one that can provide service, I will move my company as well. Actually, AT&T rep at 183 and Cap of TX suggested I look for another source because they could not help me in this area. Only one tower on Anderson Mill Rd.Was this review helpful to you?
Wow, Verizon, what a disappointment, we may have to go back to ATT&T. Completely inaudible, unreliable voice service at our NW Austin home, even with 2 bars. Switched to Verizon because we'd believed the ads about their network quality. Silly us! Enabling WiFi calling has helped on our newer iPhone, but of course that's us providing the connection while Verizon charges us for voice coverage that it can't deliver. Austin is growing cell companies, did you not notice! Was this review helpful to you?
Even with a personal cell booster in my home, still having calls dropped all the time. I'm ready to switch carriers. Was this review helpful to you?
I commute from Northwest Hills to approximately I-35 at Parmer. If I start a conversation in my driveway, it never fails to drop 4 times on my route. It seems to be getting worse every month or so. More frequent cutting out and altogether dropped calls. I feel like I am talking on my 1996 StarTac flip phone (with 1996 cell coverage) instead of a modern iPhone. Was this review helpful to you?
