Sprint was horrible then they merged with T-Mobile. I couldn’t believe it could get any worse but it absolutely did! With T-Mobile no one can understand what I’m saying because of constant static and sound interference. It’s not the phone because I bought a new new and the same thing happens. It also sounds like other people talking. It drops my calls several times a day, every day. Sometimes we just hang up because it’s impossible to carry on a conversation. I have a monitor app on my phone. I paid to send the test to the doctor to read it and they said it was complete static and interference. I paid for nothing and I can not use the monitor any longer because my service is so bad. If your considering T-Mobile think again! We are switching service.Was this review helpful to you?

Cell phone Reception sucks.internet sucks.ive never had problems with any other company.t mobile is the absolute worst.have to leave for sprint. You cant even take my zip code.absolute bad service 88081 is a zip code.had to change to 88021 in order for the system could take it. guess your system knows where I live but not my zip code. Horrible reception the last 5-6 months. Called Verizon to complain. The issue is that in Mexico the Mexican cell towers started using the same frequency as Verizon and actually have better signal; so they overpower the Verizon signal. The problem is all along the border from mid-Texas all the way to San Diego. Switching to a new carrier here in the next few days because there's no end in sight for the cell phone frequency problem.Was this review helpful to you?

Although the reception is good, the customer service is horrible. I was notified that I can do an exchange on my phone for any reason and when I went the workers including the manager said otherwise. They had lack of communication and wouldn’t even try to help me out. I am never purchasing a phone with this company ever again. Very disappointed.Was this review helpful to you?
