I switched from Sprint to Verizon because of poor service issues and for the first six months it was great but now I have no service and cannot make phone calls out. I constantly have to put it on airplane mode and then take off so that it can recalibrate itself and try to find signal. That will only give me 1 to 2 bars max and not last very long.

Very, very spotty calls and extremely poor 4G. Connection is so poor that watching youtube videos on 144p is impossible. Calls seem to drop at random.

It takes for ever for my internet to work. I can't send out pictures without them taking a long time to send. Calls get dropped ugh ðŸ˜. You need wifi in order for it to work. I had Verizon before and it was awesome but too expensive that's why I switched. 😒

When is Sprint going to upgrade their service?!?!?! Im always on 3G and if I'm lucky and I get 4G LTE it's still very very very slow. Ridiculous! Cant even surf and talk either.

Verizon was great for several years but ever since the new tower was installed near Chicken Ranch and Alarcon roadsphone, reception is very poor.

Reception was at 3 bars 4 about 5 months ago. Dropped down to 1, majority of the time, 0. Hopefully this will be restored to the way it was before. Need it for work laptop.

Data speed : Really slow 4g connection ping 66ms ) download 0.30 Mbps ) upload 0.22 Mbps. On a iPhone 6 plus. Im a really unsatisfied customer Im new customer since 9 / 2 / 15. T- mobile is faster and metro pc. Ive been complaining for 2weeks they tell me the same thing we will send some engineering's to look at the towers. I also send report issues on Sprint zone App go network and send your dispute the complaining the faster issue should be resolved. And also complaining to FTC and state attorney consumer complaints.
