Switched from TMobile and have regretted it every day after my 14 day "trial" period. Now I'm locked in and boy does Sprint suck. I have to use wifi always in my home and whenever possible around town. Unlimited my a double s. I will be switching over THE DAY it becomes an option. Dont do it folks.

At work on the West side I get absolutely no signal inside or outside the building. It's ridiculous. I had an LG Stylo 3 Plus and it was spotty but just upgraded to an iPhone 6 and now it's way worse. The phone is from MetroPCS so I don't understand why I can't get good signal.

I got to El Paso a few months and got stationed at East Fort Bliss. I had T-Mobile before then. I got great service... until I got to El Paso. Once I arrived here, reception was either spotty at best, or non-existent. I'd usually not receive service at all while inside my room. So, I did what I never wanted to do again and got back with AT&T. Since switching with them, I USUALLY get decent to spotty service... but it's always at 3G. I called them about this and all they said was that they "can't guarantee" 4G LTE for anyone who hasn't gotten a phone specifically from AT&T. My phone is an unlocked Galaxy S8. It was bought it Korea, sure, but during the time I was with T-Mobile I did receive LTE, which means AT&T is intentionally locking people out of LTE speeds unless they buy a phone directly from them. Reasons like this are why I hate this company. Despite my hatred for AT&T however, everyone I've asked has said AT&T is the best choice for service in this area.

I have a LG G6 from Verizon and I can get 5 bars and no service, calls drop, phone says no service but my husband has a Samsung s8 and gets perfect fast internet even if we're in the same spot with the same bars or he'll get 3 bars and I'll get maybe 1. Wtf Verizon.

Most of the time I only have 1 bar. Sometime no service at all. Had to turn off roaming since the Mexico signal was stronger to avoid International charges. So phone doesn’t switch to other carriers. West side of El Paso needs a new tower from ATT.

I have T-Mobile and am primarily out in Far East Bliss. The reception is awful. I will have 4 or 5 bars but no service provider even with data roaming on. Sadly, due to work requirements need to change company even though I just got this contract a few months prior to arriving. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

It's not worth what they charge. Used to be a great company with good service in El Paso. Left them a few years ago for T-Mobile to save money, even though T-Mobile was great and customer service was on point. Coming back to AT&T was a big mistake. Data is suuuuuper slow and signal below average smh 😒

Sorint service is horrible. Not just this location, but throughout El Paso and the United States. I travel a lot for work and Sprint consistently sucks.

We just switched from AT&T to Sprint because we wanted unlimited data... oh boy what a mistake. I need to be in a place with wifi in order to be online. I can't believe they lie to customers about working on towers... thats been going on for years! People... do not go with Sprint it is horrible in El Paso.

Been with T-Mobile since 2001, great signals, but in the last four month signal has been below average to no reception, today going to fine a new carrier.
