Sprint

Service seriously sucks, watching a 3 minute youtube video takes 20 minutes. I switched from T-Mobile because of their 50% offer, I guess that also means 50% the service.

My reception went from great to horrible in past few months. I will probably need to switch. Not happy

In my work with the military, I travel out to the maneuver areas and test ranges on Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, and all over White Sands Missile Range. I am able to make and receive calls while several co-workers are not. That is my biggest selling point for Verizon - quality coverage when I need it. Downside is that this quality comes at a price - I know I pay a bit ($5 to $35) more than co-workers, but at least mine works!

El paso and surrounding area reception sucks. Galaxy S6 Edge

Extremely slow, no internet unless your at a free wi-fi location. Your paying for a free service. Drop calls, dead zones. While the person next to me has Verizon and get reception both Internet and can make and receive calls. Big rip off service. I think it's only in the El Paso area that Sprint is not good.

This sucks, I no longer have wifi in my house, and the reception for Sprint in west el paso is hooooorrible. I constantly lose signal, in fact sometimes I lose signal for upwards of 20 minutes. This makes everything very frustrsting, where it was once seemless with wifi. I dont understand why the service is so poor. We have been with Sprint for years, but the slow speed and constant signal loss is enough to mske me want to switch to verizon, and deal with limited data. So long as its faster than sprints.

Sprint's LTE is a joke in El Paso. Nearly everywhere in the USA Sprint actually works pretty well. Sprint would have been better off improving their 3G here than upgrading to LTE. I've been all over the world and used local carriers who's 3G works better than Sprint LTE with full bars here in El Paso. Even in the rain Forrests of Costa Rica, the deserts of Israel, Kuwait, Iraq, or isolated islands in Thailand I was able to consestanlty get 10-15mbps over 3G. With a perfect signal and within eyesight of Sprint towers anywhere in El Paso, I'm lucky to get 0.5mbps over LTE. Another issue is that I keep getting threatening messages from Sprint saying I'm roaming too much... All while not even having left El Paso. Is it my fault if they say they have coverage in this area and then aren't able to provide it?! I've been here for over a year now and have upgraded from an LG G3 to an iPhone 6S Plus and have never seen any improvements.

In the city never dropped a call. Traveling past las cruces out of texas there is much dead space. I like the service. Also never had a problem with billing. Fair company.

Very bad coverage. Internet is always sloww. Not 4 g quality. Called customer service several times. They'll tell u . That their working / updating towers to be patient for a couple of days while "towers are being upgraded" but coverage neverrr improvesss. Lasted only one month with themm. Sprint is not worth the monthly bill they try to charge

Finally in the next two weeks the tower will finally be switched over to LTE and according to the Sprint rep the tower might already have the element of the 800 MHz on it finally
