T-Mobile

If I don't have my wireless on from ATT I cant do much. T-Mobile out in the northeast at least from our house is not very reliable. I go out on the loop and its pretty decent. On the east side I get full bars and super fast data. I don't have a expensive phone either. I have a LG Optimus 9. But for the purpose of this review in the 79934 area it can be spotty at best until you get up on the loop or by transmountain. thanks and happy celling... .****

Sprint lured my to buy their 4G phone by saying how great it would be, but they didn't bother to install the infrastructure and after about 2 years I gave up on them. Having been a customer for like 15 years, I tried to give them every chance, and they honestly didn't seem to care. Finally switched to Verizon and it's been great. Don't waste your money on Sprint. I'll NEVER go back after repeated pleas for improvements, they never even replied. When I could get a person, they seemed to acknowledge they were bad, and gave zero assurance they would get better!

Verizon has been amazing for me in El Paso. Both at home and across the city. I currently have a 3g phone and have never had a problem with speed so I'm really looking forward to my new 4g phone!

Only place I'll get good connection is with my Wi - Fi router. Other than that T - Mobile reception at EL is horrible. I can't wait to get out of their contract. When I go to far east of the base, connection goes from bad to worst. Sometimes I'll get good connection in the west side of the base but that is very rare.

New towers have improved coverage at the intersection of Loop 375 and Spur 601, where previously "4G" and LTE were both almost nonexistent. Traveling north on Loop 375, coverage has also improved, on par with Verizon, which dominated the area for quite some time. Nonetheless, it's great to see AT&T finally implementing cell sites in areas that had poor coverage.

Weak signal and slow data. Leaving Sprint after 10 years.

4 years with sprint. I have tried to give them the opportunity to upgrade their towers and their signal, but anywhere in the northeast, you are lucky to get one bar, and be prepared to be dropped. Going over Hondo Pass, forget signal. This is the worse service here in El Paso I have ever had. The amount paid for service with unlimited should be worth it, but it is a waste of money.

Have not had any problems at home. However, at work, on Fort Bliss, near the airfield, I didn't use to get good reception, but now I usually have a signal in my office. Previously, I had to walk to the window to get any consistent reception.

Horrible! I have to literally walk outside my boyfriends apartment complex and walk half way down the street and stand very still to make a call or txt. Even then the call drops right away and text fails have to send a few times in order to get sent. Works good in Albuquerque but El Paso its a good for nothing service. My old walmart straight talk phone service got way better& functional service here in El Paso..
