i live on the far west side cell phone reception is horrible. I have a signal booster and connect to wifi and my phone has 0 bars and when a call does go through they drop within the matter of minutes. I call T-Mobile and they tell me that it shows me getting coverage in my area even though the call drops in mid conversation with them about 3-4 times no exaggeration. They put in these so called trouble tickets and then dont do anything about it. my contract ends in a couple of months and I cant wait to switch services. so disapointed in t-mobile.

Wish I could see more reviews for services in the Northeast. I've lived on Sean Haggerty which is as far northeast as you can go without getting into the Mesquite neighborhood and now moved to Hondo Pass. I honestly want to blame my phone, which was an iPhone 4, but my service has never been good. Over an over, I get Edge data which is so slow it's unusable without wifi. The call bars are consistently at about 3 with them rising and lowering when I move just a couple of feet or raise my phone in the air like the Lion King. The calls drop a LOT and the quality isn't too good, but then again I pay 57 bucks (49.99 +tax) and I don't want to pay more. The service isn't necessarily BAD, but the call coverage varies WIDELY. I can call in EPCC transmountain campus unless I go downstairs in the library and VV Campus I can call outside. That's it. Not inside; I get virtually no reception inside. But it depends on what you want: Quality or Cheapness. I know what I pay for and I stay with it due to no plans and unlimited talk, text, and data (even IF the data is nonexistent). Make the right decision yourself but really just decide on what you want.

I live in Kern Place close to Arroyo park. Using an HTC ONE I bounce between 4g and 4g lte. Great web browsing speeds and very good reception. Never dropped calls. When using my Nexus 4 always get 4g in the Kern area. Been with T-Mobile 10+ years. Overall great service that has improved greatly especially in the last year.

I switched from Sprint to ATT and was the best switch ever made. AT&T is amazing here in El Paso,TX. The 4G LTE here is amazing speeds. I do a speedtest everday and I get 50 download and 9 upload which is really good. I tryed my friends Verizon phone and he only got 9 download and 6 upload! I live in the westside od El Paso and I never get lower than 3 bars! Before I got ATT I tryed all thed carriers and AT&T was the fastest!

I recently upgraded to the GS4 about 2 weeks ago and have been able to receive 4G LTE just about 90% of the time. It will fluctuate to 4g coverage at times, but will go back to 4G LTE in time. The speeds are amazing and I am truly happy with my service overall. I have not experienced dropped calls at all and receive 3 / 4 to 4 / 4 bars of signal strength from T-Mobile. Previously I had an HTC Sensation, with this phone I was receiving 4G coverage and never had a problem with the network either. I do live on the Westside for those not familiar with the streets I live near.

This morning on my way to work I noticed that my T mobile Iphone5 was displaying LTE. I live in El Paso Tx and up till today there was no LTE here. I've been keeping an eye on my phone and it seems as though its steadily changing from 4G to LTE then back. I ran a speed test while displaying LTE and the download was just under 20 mbs and the upload was just under 6mbs. That's blazing fast! Hopefully it'll stay that way and most importantly, I look forward seeing if the coverage improves.
